Said powder mainly consists of a product called Zone of Self- Containment.
Upon inhalation or ingestion, the colorless and scentless powder or liquid could calm the minds of various species and sapients. Victims can become entranced in a state of ecstasy and docility to the point that they may not care about pressing life longevity choices.
The effects normally last for one hour if inhaled or ingested. However, a stiff breeze or if one holds their breath could very well prevent airborne transference.
A version of this has been produced to include SmartTranq. The chemical contained an active ingredient, which when introduced to a target's bloodstream, began to mutate and adapt constantly. The mutation ensured optimal effectiveness in overcoming targets' immune systems and rendering them unconscious whatever their species.
