The Imperial Ruling Council, also referred to as the Imperial Council, is a collective body of bureaucrats, high ranking military governors, and members of the Imperial Court, who oversee the daily affairs of the Galactic Empire, and wield considerable powers.

Minister of Intelligence	Ellayina L'lerim	Head of the Office of Imperial Promotion, Galactic Truth, and Fact Correction (OIT), formerly COMPNOR. Directs ISB Director and all Imperial propaganda.
Grand General	Kroeger	Highest officer of the Imperial Army. Commands all ground forces and planetary occupations.
Grand Admiral	TBA	Supreme leader of the Imperial Navy. Directs naval fleets, space stations, and superweapon deployment.

Diet of Imperial Planetary Governors


The Imperial Diet of Planetary Governors was the central civilian governing body of the restored Dark Empire as of 900 ABY, established under the authority of the Grand Vizier and overseen directly by the Grand Moff. Comprising all Sector Moffs and Imperial Planetary Governors, the Diet exists now to enact the will of the Emperor's Contingency: enforcing loyalty, extracting resources, suppressing dissent, and administering the territories under Imperial control. The Grand Moff holds authority over the Diet, interpreting and enforcing doctrine as passed down by the Grand Vizier, the Grand Moff commands all Sector Moffs, directs session proceedings, and ensures military compliance when necessary. Sector Moffs hold voting power and manage entire sectors, while Planetary Governors, though non-voting, execute orders at the system level and report on ideological, economic, and security metrics.
