[*]Visor Systems:
  • Anti-flash Visor: A visor that protects the user's eyes from bright flashes, such as those emitted by flash bangs.
  • Heads-Up Display: A transparent display that presents data without requiring the user to look away from their viewpoint.
  • Rangefinder: A device that zooms in on distant targets and displays visual data of the target observed.
  • Vision Technologies: The visor may cycle through the following visions:
    Standard Vision
  • Infrared Vision
  • Night Vision
  • Thermal Vision
  • Ultraviolet Vision

[*]Body:
  • Copper Faraday Cage: A mesh of conductive materials, that protects the armor's systems from electromagnetic radiation (e.g. EMP).
  • Power-Pack: A small power-pack that supplies energy to the Armor's systems.
Redundant Power-Pack: A small, redundant, power-pack that supplies energy to critical systems if the primary power-pack is damaged, or disabled.

[*]Air Conditioning System: An in-built system, designed to keep the user at a comfortable temperature, in high or low, heat environments.
[*]Pressurization: The armor can be pressurized, so as to aid the user in surviving the vacuum of space.

[*]Utility Belt:
  • 2x Energy Sink: A component designed to adsorb blaster energy.
  • 2x Combat De-ionizer: A device that counteracts the effects of ionic energy
  • Additional Ammunition: A compartment for storing additional clips of ammunition.
  • Grenades: A compartment for storing additional grenades.
  • Medpac: A small first-aid kit that contains limited-utility diagnosis equipment and other essential medicines for the treatment of wounds.
  • Field Ration: A prepackaged meal, easily prepared and eaten.
  • Multitool: A device that contains a variety of useful tools.

[*]Arms:
  • Copper Faraday Cage: A mesh of conductive materials, that protects the armor's systems from electromagnetic radiation (e.g. EMP).
  • 2x Magnetic Grip: A device that allows the user to magnetize their palms, to reduce the risk of being disarmed.
  • 1x Grappling Spike Launcher: A device that launches a liquid, which immediately solidifies into a tough yet lightweight and flexible mono-filament cable. Stored on the users right-bracer.
  • 1x Miniature Flame Projector: A personal incendiary weapon mounted on the users left bracer. Produces a cone of fire five (5)-meters long, and one (1)-meter in diameter.
  • 1x Wrist Laser: A portable wrist laser, mounted onto the users right bracer. Comparable to the power of a standard blaster, with a range of fifty (50) meters.

[*]Legs:
  • Copper Faraday Cage: A mesh of conductive materials, that protects the armor's systems from electromagnetic radiation (e.g. EMP).
  • Grav Boots: A device that allows the user to move at planes fourty five (45) to one-hundred and eighty (180) degrees opposite normal gravity.
  • Magno-grip Soles: A device that allows the user to magnetize themselves to surfaces which they were standing on.

Strengths:
  • [+] Phrik Plating: The Phrik plating embedded throughout the reinforced Durasteel chain mail protects Carnifex from a multitude of ranged and energy-based attacks from slugthrowers to blasters to even a lightsaber.
  • [+] Anti-EMP Equipment: The various meshes of conductive materials built within the armor protects Carnifex from electromagnetic attacks that would otherwise devastate the advanced electronics built into the armor.
Weaknesses:
  • [-] Armor Gaps: While the embedded Phrik armor offers a protection from a wide ranged of ranged attacks, the gaps between the plating are susceptible to accurate lightsaber strikes.
  • [-] Kinetic Energy: As said before the Phrik plating is capable of withstanding a lot of ranged punishment, but cannot prevent the transferal of kinetic energy from direct blunt strikes. It is also not impervious to overclocked lightsabers which are capable of burning through the otherwise lightsaber resistant material, a fatal flaw Carnifex personally learned at Dulvoyinn.
  • [-] Over-encumbered: While the armor and all of its various components turn Carnifex into a walking tank of unquenchable destruction, he's not very maneuverable and is unable to perform acrobatics or any other complex form of movement.

Description: Originally termed the Tyrant's Armor, the newly christened Imperator's Raiment had served as the personal combat armor for the Sith Lord Darth Carnifex (formally Vornskr) for over a decade. The armor was refashioned from the elite armor of the Blackblade Guard's progenitor organization, HYDRA, after the fall of the Old Empire, the black plates melted down in the forges of Vain Hollow and reshaped by Carnifex himself upon an anvil stained with sacrificial blood. Carnifex took design inspiration for the armor from the ancient tomes of the long dead red-skinned Sith of Korriban, fashioned a pair of devilish horns onto the helmet intricately woven with the most advanced electronic equipment available to the Sith Lord at the time.

The Tyrant Armor would have its first taste of blood during the One Sith uprising on the Republican capital of Coruscant, and was at first nearly destroyed by Jedi Grandmaster Kiskla Grayson during the ensuing battle. Carnifex re-assembled the suit of armor and went on to wear it for nearly every battle of the War that blossomed between the new Sith state and the decadent Republic they vehemently sought to annihilate. The Tyrant Armor would be bathed in the blood of thousands, perhaps millions, over the course of a solid decade as Carnifex trudged across countless battlefields, putting everyone who was arrayed against him and the Empire to the sword.

However; the armor wasn't as invincible as Carnifex previously believed, and it was during the disastrous Battle of Dulvoyinn that the Sith Lord suffered a near fatal wound at the hands of Jedi Master Ryan Korr. Korr had overclocked the crystal array on his saber staff, pushing the blade's cutting power to dangerous new heights, and used it to impale the Sith Lord's abdomen despite the phrik plating that covered it. The blade slowly melted the armor enough to slip through and skewer the Sith Lord's gut, the chain mail and armorweave bodyglove offering no protection to the blow.

Carnifex survived the encounter armed with the knowledge to never allow his hubris to cloud his judgement in the heat of battle, no matter how impervious his armor may be. In the aftermath of the battle he abandoned the One Sith to its fate, and retired to his palace on Panatha. There he repaired the damage dealt by Master Korr, restoring it to peak condition through the mastery he wielded over hammer and anvil. With the rise of the Black Empire with himself at its head, the newly named Imperator's Raiment was destined to once again be bathed in heretic blood.

While the original submission did detail electronics built into the armor, it didn't go into enough in-depth detail about everything. ICly the armor shared practically every equipment utilized in this submission, and looking back the original sub didn't have the amount of detail I feel it should've had.

This is fine. It's basically the same sub with a good bit more detail and a few new toys, nothing insane. Under salvage rules, the old sub will be archived by the second-stamp authority. Under your Development Thread heading, please link to the original sub and mention that you're salvaging it.
