DESCRIPTION
Imani Corp is the biggest producer of droids, personal shields, and defense technologies on Zanj. Originally part of the large tech conglomerate run by the King and Queen of Zanj, Imani Corp split and came into the possession of the Imani family just before the Gulage Plague ended. Since then the company has seen a large amount of success on the small planet, providing for most of Jamel's military and defense needs. The Imani Corp also pushes for environmental conservation and the development of their own people. The family owned corporation funnels much of its money into building better access to water, transportation, and other technological wonders to the rural areas of Zanj, while also protecting wildlife from the continuously expanding Zanji peoples.
RATIONALE
Njau took control of the company after his father found his youngest son and next in line to run the company tied up in very embarrassing and dishonorable business in the Jamel underworld. Because Njau is a child born of an affair, he was unable to take the title as head of the family after his father perished, however in order to prepare Njau for the possibility that his half-brother didn't clean himself up, Njau was given control of Imani Corp so his father could retire early.
