The First Daughter
Duro, previously a planet that had been under the dominion of the Omega Protectorate and now independent, was her final destination for this little trip. None of the teachers knew that when they gave the students the weekend off, a sign of weakness in them in her opinion, that she other things to do with her time than ... whatever the other acolytes did.
Getting off the public transport at the spaceport, she took in every point around her and then some. She had left her probe droids behind, with orders to continuously record and follow her fellow students. One never knew what one could blackmail someone with. Regardless, she had come to Duro for a simple matter.
Cortosis was something she was interested in acquiring. While many acolytes did have their own armor or weapons, she would not be proscribing to such a limitation imposed by the instructors. They could rage and confiscate anything all they liked, but she found them almost beneath her notice now. This "free" weekend had been just another sign to her that she needed to leave that academy for better prospects elsewhere.
Slowly walking over to a common terminal, she casually started slicing into the spaceport's systems and looked through the shipping manifests for what she was looking for. Docking Bay 25 had a shipment of cortosis, just waiting to be ... liberated for a better cause than being shipped to ... yea she didn't think they would miss a shipment on Omwat.
