Dropping out of hyperspace over Kamino arrived the Ayrix. Stood at the helm of the Corporate styled vessel, Avedia Lacroix spread her hands along a railing whilst settling her fiery eyes down on the world down below. Since murdering her Master and taking her place, it had become clear to her that she had inherited next to no influence or resources to use in the forwarding of the Grand Plan. Whilst her Master had created a new pile of credits, and had supplied the Holocron of Darth Revan, the ship that was stood upon and the Initium, Avedia realized that she had nothing to use in her plans.

Enter the emergence of another Imperial Remnant on the Outer Rim World of Kamino. The rising power found inside the Rishi Maze was vulnerable to the seeds that Avedia planned to plant. Unlike the First Order on Dosuun, where it was becoming increasingly difficult to gain any form of influence, opportunity seemed to be ripe for the taking here on Kamino. Alerting the Imperial forces surrounding Kamino that she had arrived, Avedia waited for instructions before meeting with a representative of the Imperial Remnant.

The Emperor sat on his throne, meditating in the middle of Kamino's continuous storm. That was until a sudden tremor in the Force made the hairs on the back of his neck stand up, he was about to stand up to investigate it until a blinking red light on his holodisplay caught his attention. He activated the display and was shown that an unknown vessel had entered the airspace over Kamino. "Summon Grand Master Feanor, there has been a disturbance in the Force." He ordered to an Imperial Guard who bowed and left the throne room.

His eyes flashed back towards the display, he knew that what ever was disturbing him was on this vessel. He contacted a star destroyer nearby in the form of a hologram. The captain of the vessel gave a deep bow to the Emperor as he spoke "Captain Lerik, intercept that vessel and bring me the passengers.", the captain nodded "It will be done, Your Excellency" before closing the transmission. Seconds later the destroyer changed their course, moving steadily towards the new arrival.

Everything was proceeding as he had foreseen.

Avedia watched the world spin below her with contempt. The Sith Lord felt the Emperor down below her reaching out with the Force and touching upon her own powers. She smiled at this. Alerted to the incoming Destroyer sent to intercept the Ayrix, Avedia ordered for her crew to comply with the demands of the other vessel. In a matter of minutes Stormtroopers lined the halls of the Ayrix, securing the vessel on behalf of their superior officers.

Climbing onto a transport, Avedia was escorted down to the planet surface to meet with the Emperor. She wore her hood over her head, concealing most of her facial features. As she was brought closer to where Emperor Graf rested, Avedia lifted her brow in surprise. "I have not felt this presence since..." During her time as a Jedi Padawan Avedia had once spent time with the Order of the Grey, a group that believed in focusing entirely on the balance of the Force, rather than the dark or light side. She had left Alexandra Feanor and her group to complete her training under Sochi Ru and become a Jedi Knight, serving in the armies of the Galactic Republic until it's eventual demise to the One Sith.

Curious to know why Feanor was here and what her relationship was with the Imperial Remnant, Avedia rose up to her feet and climbed out of the vessel into the torrential downpour. Escorted by the same Stormtroopers that had detained her on board the Ayrix, Avedia entered the throne room of the Emperor. As she settled her gaze upon the intimidating mask of the would be Emperor, one of the Stormtroopers approached their Lord and held out a Lightsaber. "We found this on her person, my Lord. Says she was a Jedi Knight."

Handed the weapon of Ella Nova, the Jedi Knight that she had once been, Avedia Lacroix watched the Emperor quietly whilst water dripped from her Sith robe and hair down onto the floor. Beneath her left sleeve was the twin-bladed Saberstaff that she had constructed upon becoming a Sith Apprentice a few years ago. Concealed from the presence of both the Emperor and Grandmaster Feanor through the power of the dark side and the sleeve that covered it, the Sith Lord folded her hands into either sleeve and felt her wet fingers run along the pommel of her weapon.

Only a fool would enter such a meeting defenceless.

The Emperor took the lightsaber that was handed to him, his gaze settling on it for what seemed like an eternity as he examined it before he spoke "A fine weapon you have, one fit for a Jedi Knight. But I suspect you haven't used it in quite a while, given the aura of the Dark Side you project." He concluded, turning his eyes from the hilt towards his owner. "Tell me, why have you traveled all the way to the capital of the Imperial Remnant? Credits? Glory? Curiosity? Or something far more sinister...?" He questioned, the piercing stare never moving away from the woman's own eyes.

"Quite the vessel that our destroyer intercepted. Pitiful weaponry and defensive capabilities, but well suited for someone who wishes to travel the Galaxy undetected. I assure you, it hasn't been damaged yet." The Emperor mentioned, a grin overtaking his lips. He would receive satisfactory answers from this woman the easy way, or he would break her for them.

Keeping her gaze bowed for the moment, Avedia couldn't help but smile. He has some knowledge of the dark side. He knows what power is, and is using it to try and intimidate me. Wiping her smile, Avedia lifted her gaze back up to the Emperor with a sombre expression. "Credits do not concern me. They are only useful for buying material goods, or information. Glory does not interest me either. You could say that fighting in the One Sith Wars makes the concept of glory seem rather pointless, when you've dug your hands deep into the dirt and found nothing."

"You could say that I am curious, my Lord. There have been many who have emerged with the concept of Imperialism, but out of all them, you were the one who appropriately claimed to be an Emperor. That is rather inspirational. I present myself to you as someone who wishes to serve you. All my experience, skills and assets are yours, if you wish it."

A calculating look swept over the Emperor's face. He was taking in every aspect of this woman and considering all of it at once. What she said amused him greatly, especially the last few sentences. He would be lying to himself if he didn't know what she was attempting, he had seen many officers attempt it throughout the decades. This was flattery in its purest form.

"And what use would I have for a Sith Lord?" He asked, coming to a conclusion. "Do not think I am illiterate in the ways of the Force and its prospective orders. A woman comes into my system, with a stealth vessel and the weapon of a Jedi Knight, claiming to have been one in the past, mentioning the One Sith Wars from long ago." The old man listed.

He set the weapon down securely on his lap, sitting back into his throne as he waited for a response from the woman.

Avedia considered her response carefully. What she said next would determine how this would-be Emperor's decision landed on her side, or the other. After a moment of consideration, Avedia begun to construct her response, keeping her tone and words measured so as to not offend the mans sensibilities. "A Sith is a clever and cunning individual. As your Empire expands and grows in both power and influence, there will be many other Sith Lords who would attempt to misdirect, manipulate or orchestrate events that would bring harm to your Empire. With this in mind, I have come to you directly because I know that you will appreciate my honesty and being direct with you."

"If you permit me to operate as part of your counsel, I can offer what I know about the various Sith Lords that may attempt to approach you. It is one thing to know what a Sith is, but to understand that is something else entirely, for the ways of the dark side are often convoluted. Although I left the Jedi Order, I still retain my training as a Jedi Knight. It cannot be underestimated the use of having a trained Jedi beside you if war time comes, or during times of peril."

"At this moment in time I am attempting to grasp a deeper understanding of the Force, and to do this requires certain alliances in place to assure that my focus isn't distracted. If we can agree to being amicable to one another, then I am sure each others agendas can be pushed forward without getting in each others way. First and foremost I wish, for lack of better words, to keep you happy."

The Emperor considered this proposition for a moment, before he nodded. "Very well. I will allow you to become part of the Remnant. I believe it will be beneficial...for both of us..." He started "There are conditions though. The first being that the Imperial Knights must not find out about your presence. You will be part of the Imperial Inquisition, at the position of High Inquisitor, under the Grand Inquisitor." The Emperor mentioned, using the Force to return the lightsaber to the woman.

"The second condition being that, If I find that you are plotting against us. You will die." Graf threatened, the grin returning as a few blue sparks appeared for half a second on his fingertips.

Rising up to her feet, Avedia caught the Lightsaber in her hand and bowed her upper body to the Emperor. Keeping her thoughts concealed only to herself, she could not help but smile to herself. The Grand Plan adds another to it's scheme. Smile gone, Avedia lifted her gaze to the Emperor that she had pledged to serve with a sombre expression. "Of course, my Lord. Who is the Grand Inquisitor?"
