Description: The real estate office takes up the entire 30th floor of a skyscraper in the city of New Dinbar on Elrood, with dozens of cubicles in each half of the floor. As with the Naboo office, realtors are separated from the back office, and the areas dubbed realtors' area and administrative area reflect that separation of the work. The areas are separated mostly by a hall from the center, where the elevators lie, to the southern end of the floor; common areas, such as toilets, dining hall, adjoin the two working areas from the center to the northern end of the floor. As many as seventy realtors call this office their workplace.
History: When New Dinbar was built, and the property developed under the direction of Salacia Consolidated, IGR took up shop on the 30th floor of one of Salacia's skyscrapers. IGR leased the southern office from Salacia Consolidated and proved to be almost as expensive to lease as its Coruscant office by virtue of being prime office space in Elrood's context. Due to its contract with Salacia Consolidated, the realtor area is constantly buzzing with client activity since the realtors in the office have a high volume of transactions to process, and the realtors working there have since complained that they are being overworked since the signature of that contract.
