With our access to the Galactic Multi-Listing System, we offer access to properties from every corner of the galaxy, from the trendy Coruscant locations to the secluded islands of Lanteeb, alongside chalets on Alderaan or office parks on Muunilinst, we offer you a wide range of properties to choose from. (Even if it means that one sometimes has to refer to NPC brokers)

Also we are operating as a general contractor so that you can develop your very own real estate projects. In addition to that, should planets find themselves requiring land reclamation, you can also make use of IGR to this end. Finally, insurance is the newest sector of activity entered by IGR.

Listing of property: When you have real estate property to sell or lease, you can have IGR Brokerage list your property for free. In the case of property for sale, the buyer will pay the commission, in case of property for lease, the leasee will pay the commission.

Purchase of property: If you want to buy real estate property through us, you specify the type of property you wish to buy, the desired location, the budget you have, and other amenities you desire in or around a property. Be warned that you may have to compromise in certain situations!

Leasing of property: If you only want a place to live or a temporary area to do your business while you wait to have the budget for a more permanent location, as with the purchase of property, you specify the type of property you wish to rent, the desired location, the budget you have for rent, and other amenities you desire in or around a property.

Land reclamation! For planets that went through disasters, either sentient-made or natural, and who wish to rebuild, or simply requiring landmass, make a quote request for your land reclamation projects and we will ensure that the projects will be completed to your satisfaction.

Banking! IGR can help you achieve your financial goals and allow you to live the life you deserve. We offer a wide range of banking services, ranging from personal, business and faction bank accounts. As a result of decisions made by its Jedi ownership, all bank accounts are covered with deposit insurance in the event the bank fails, up to an amount of 100,000 credits. That way, you won't lose everything if IGR becomes bankrupt.

When you aren't spending your money, you should be turning it into more money. This is what banking is for. We even allow factions to open up bank accounts, all without maintenance fees..

• Personal Accounts 5 credit startup fee, no monthly maintenance fees. Balances over 5000 credits earn 2% interest, compounded monthly.

• Business Accounts 1,000 credit startup fee, no monthly maintenance fees. Business accounts earn 5% interest, compounded monthly.

Safety Deposit Boxes - From a small drawer to a double sized vault, IGR takes the security of your valuables seriously for a reasonable monthly rent debited directly from your account.

Safety deposit boxes require at least a personal account to guarantee monthly rent payments. Simply include which sized safety deposit box size you prefer in your account template and the box will be created for you.
