DESCRIPTION
The gun for the IDD is a hybrid artillery with the ability to fire both physical rounds and energy based ones. As the IDD is a support vehicle, the gun is capable of incredibly long ranges, with energy rounds capable of reaching 50,000 kilometers and physical rounds can be fired as far as 1000 kilometers. The energy rounds are supplied by the power source of the IDD while the physical rounds must be carried in a cargo space. The gun has a slow loading mechanism, which allows for a change in round type between fire. The weapon is unable to depress far enough to allow for direct fire, and due to the danger of the rounds, it cannot fire any closer than 10 kilometers. The explosive potentials of the rounds, the physical are more powerful than the energy, make it capable of rendering most vehicles and armor obsolete.
