Description: The AEI/ICE Eagle Eye Analytics Kit combines the functions of a microlab, an antidote synthesizer, and a hypoinjector wristband. The Eagle Eye is fully capable of analyzing biological and toxicological specimens in the field, synthesizing antidotes and basic vaccines, and injecting them through a recessed microspray function. Though no substitute for a full medical lab workup and months of rigorous testing -- the Eagle Eye cannot singlehandedly cure plagues -- it is good enough to fix that snakebite you just got on an uncharted Unknown Regions planet. Available in plain, texturized, or rubberized duraplast, and weighing just under a kilogram and a half, the Eagle Eye is slightly awkward but extremely portable. It can analyze, identify, and synthesize within five minutes, in most cases. Disclaimer: Some toxins are lethal in under five minutes. Further disclaimer: The Eagle Eye's antidotes may save your life, but you will still feel like crap and there's a good chance you should take a week to just lie in bed watching holonovelas.
Uniquely, the Eagle Eye is also advertised as being able to counter the most common variants of Sith poison (including those produced by some Sithspawn), if used within an hour of infection by a sample of reasonable size. Getting a syringe to the heart, Ulic Qel-Droma style, is not curable by Eagle Eye. This capability is derived from AEI's extensive experience with alchemy: one of the Eagle Eye's many miniature instruments is a tiny crystal/rune assembly derived from standard alchemical analysis gear.
