Strengths:

Firearm Resistance: The combination of plastoid plates, synth-leather, and armorweave make armor highly protective between standard issue slugs and most blasters.

Maneuverability: Being much lighter than its stormtrooper counterpart, this armor allows for more maneuverability for users.

Weaknesses:
Armor Piercers: Despite the armor’s effectiveness against blasters and slugs, it was not designed to take any hits from anything above heavy blasterfire. This includes cannonfire, armor piercing slugs, and lightsaber strikes

Vulnerable Spots: Being not as plated as its stormtrooper forebear allows for more vulnerable areas, especially on the neck and shoulders.

DESCRIPTION
Commissioned by COMPNOR Director Soontir Rookh, the Arbiter-class armor was reverse engineered from Stormtrooper armor in order to create a lighter set of armor for the Empire's law-enforcing body under COMPNOR. It features many of the same components, such as a HUD, comms, and an air filter. However, it is instead built for dealing with urban conflict over battlefields. It is mostly plastoid plates woven into synth leather, atop an armorweave body glove. Included is a plastoid helm with a tinted transparasteel viewing lens.

Under Review.

I know this isn't exactly essential, but in the future color coding your subs using the colors we provide an example of in the templates makes it much easier to read through everything. It helps us process your ideas that much faster and just looks tidy.

Please consider them in the future.

Other than that, the tech seems to be a decent set of armor for who needs to use it.
