Strengths
  • Stealthy - Nate knows how to keep a low profile, not being seen is his modus operandi
  • Warrior - Even if you might not see him coming on the front lines, Nate enjoys combat

Weaknesses
  • Heart on his Sleeve - When you have him face to face, Nate is not very good at hiding his feelings
  • Impetuous - Nate is easily led by those same feelings, he's a go with his gut kind of guy, sometimes this works out, sometimes it doesn't

Personality
Nate often rubs people the wrong way. He'd rather be a leader than a follower, he tends to think he's right, his cockiness means he often disobeys or ignores orders. His ability to lead is further hampered by a tendency to be both blunt and lazy. While he has his own moral code, and does what he feels is right, this doesn't always line up with what society thinks is right. Rather than plan ahead he'd rather improvise on the fly in any given situation.

Appearance
Standing at a little over the galactic average, though no giant, Nates combative lifestyle has led to him being fairly well muscled. His black hair is kept in a neat military buzz cut, though his face sports a five o'clock shadow more often than not. His eyes are a light free colour and his skin is usually fair unless he's been on a job that keeps him out in the sun. When dressing he tends to favour blacks, it goes with everything and it helps him blend in to the shadows when he's on a stealth operation.

Background
Nate is an wanderer. He comes by it honestly though, his parents also moved around the galaxy constantly, to the extent that Nate isn't actually sure what planet he was born on and has never stayed on any planet for over a year, consequently he doesn't think of himself as a citizen of any one planet.

This tendency has only gotten stronger as he got older and moved into more dangerous lines of work. He doesn't stay anywhere long enough for people to get close to him and figure out who he is and what he does. The reasons for this are two-fold, he doesn't want them to become a danger to him, and he doesn't want to be a danger to them, in case an enemy chose to target the people around him in an attempt to get at him. Add to that the fact that he's just not much of a people person, and most people find his attitude off-putting and well.. You don't exactly have a social butterfly.

Here are my ideas to make Nates bio more detaileda and longer
-Nates mother finally told him about his real father when he was 23
-But she didn't know where to.find him
-then in Nates travels he heard where his father should be and went to find him
-Nate only has traveled in republic space while he moved around
-At a young age Nate started to feel the forc and knew he wanted to be a Jedi
-He wanted to be a grey Jedi because the Jedi code in Nates eyes was a pain
-Nate never traveled in his own ship or owned one
-for Nates combat he only trained with swords and unarmed
-He learned the combat training by many different teachers
-from one of those teachers that's how Nate fell into being a freelance solider
-He learned his stealth from his mother
-when Nate turned 23 is when he sit out to be a Jedi
-Nate likes to travel light and unnoticed

He comes by it honestly though, his mother, who raised him alone, also moved around the galaxy constantly, to the extent that Nate isn't actually sure what planet he was born on and has never stayed on any planet for over a year, consequently he doesn't think of himself as a citizen of any one planet. His mother also taught him many of the arts of stealth he currently practices, while Nate was never sure what exactly she was running from, it was clear she had no intention of being found.

His traveling tendency has only gotten stronger as he got older and moved into more dangerous lines of work, though he's not been outside Republic space to date. Having inherited a little of his mothers paranoia to go with his itchy feet, Nate took combat training from anyone willing to teach him, winding up skilled in unarmed and bladed combat. One of his many teachers also introduced him to the freelance soldier career, which suited Nate just fine. He doesn't stay anywhere long enough for people to get close to him and figure out who he is and what he does. He stays a little while, does a job, and then moves on, keeping his belongings to a minimum and traveling light. The reasons for this are two-fold, he doesn't want them to become a danger to him, and he doesn't want to be a danger to them, in case an enemy chose to target the people around him in an attempt to get at him. Add to that the fact that he's just not much of a people person, and most people find his attitude off-putting and well.. You don't exactly have a social butterfly.

As far as his force sensitivity goes, Nate became aware of it at a young age, though he is currently untrained. He someday wants to be a Jedi, but not a member of the Order. He feels the Code is too naive, difficult to live by and difficult to accomplish anything with. Instead he wants to someday become one of the more infamous Grey Jedi. This plan was put on hold when he turned twenty-three however.

At twenty-three, the same time that he decided to focus on the Force rather than strictly military matters, Nates mother told him who his real father was, something she'd kept to herself until then. She didn't know where to find him however, not having seen the man since before Nate's birth. During his own travels, Nate found mention of the man, and set out to find him. This was slowed by the fact that Nate does not own or pilot his own ships, being confined to passenger ships and jobbing for passage from one planet to the next as he gets ever closer to his target.
