I cant really make a pun out of Phaeda

Taking a look around, I could see multiple Silver Jedi who had come to a calling of adventure. We were all gathered inside the ship transport that had been provided to us. As such, I would be leading this little adventure. Kind of. More so I wanted my son to do so. If he was training to become a Knight, he needed to know how to lead people. He needed to understand the stress of such an endeavor. I had already set everything up for him, he just had to call the shots. As such, I started it for him.

Activating a holo map of the planet on a small platform on the floor of the room.

"Alright Silvers. This little exploration is not quite what it seems. We have two things to do while we are here. One, is to go here. This green point is where we will be searching within a series of cave systems that have once been mining shafts. In here, we will use the skills necessary to search an old series of ruins. No body knows what is down there, and so it's our job to see what it is. I will be leading this portion of the group. Zeph, will be leading the other group."

Indicating that the floor was his to control, the young man could be seen nervous. His body was rigid and stiff. However, he looked at me. I nodded to him. My hand flat and lowering from my chest down to my waist. Showing him that its okay, and to take his time. We had all the time in the galaxy to spend. And I wanted him to be relaxed and not rush through this. I watched as he breathed in silently speaking to himself for a second, and then started talking.

"I am Xander's son, and he has appointed me to lead the second group. As for what we will be doing,"

His finger jutted out to the orange dot on the planet. About 17 clicks south of the green dot on the planet. His finger shook very slightly, but as he continued to talk, I could watch as his nervousness float away. I could see him slip into his normal self, but he stayed very much professional. I smiled as his shoulders slouched only enough to show he wasn't nervous anymore.

"We are performing a raid upon a criminal stronghold. Estimated count of troops is close to 150. The criminal organization known as "Phaeda's Phinest" is known for bounty hunting against Jedi on the planet, smuggling of illegal deathsticks, drugs, and even people. They are well known for their fingers within the slave trade portion of the black market. As such, we are going to take them out, and then return stolen items to the people they belong to. As well as free those who are held captive."

There was a small break in his words. as his entire body seemed to release. He had done it this far, and I so badly wanted to see him on the field and working. However, that would do for a later time. I smiled and walked up behind him in my larger form as he finished his words. and even spoke for me.

"Any Questions?"

EDIT: Yay to my 3000 posts! not really.

A T R O P O S
OOC: Split up into two groups. We have a total of 8 people. So four should be on each side. Both sides will come across something to battle or fight. However, if you are more inclined towards treasure hunting, then you will be joining with the group that is going in the caves. If you are more inclined to fight, and later on discover something from the stolen goods, you may do so. Within the caves, there are crystals you can use for lightsabers. They are nothing special, and will be very much a generic crystal. However, there are prizes at the end for you to receive. Only if you can defeat the Boss

As for the Stronghold, you will be fighting most of the time. Your only source of gear or items that you can get will be from the vault that is locked up, and can old get to until the "Boss" is defeated. And yes, there will be a Boss for the stronghold as well. As such, once you open the vault, you can loot reasonable items from there. Be it a standard set of armor or weapons. *if they are Chaos submitted weapons/gear, they MUST be Mass produced*

There is a separate prize. I will be asking the Masters of this thread, as there are three, to judge among the apprentices who should deserve a prize. This prize is earned by following these items.
 • How clearly formatted your posts are?
 • Did you clearly take the time to write out details?
 • Was your writing fluid for your play styles?
 • and most importantly, Did it fit your character?
Pick your side. I will keep a tally of who is on what objective. Masters, please separate. We want a balance with our group.

I was so nervous. It was hard to try and keep everything together. While I spoke, I tried to think about my family being here. I looked up to my Father. He was someone who had a good heart, and fought for what he believe in. He fought for his family. I wanted to let him know that we were in good hands. I didn't want to let him down. As such, I would do my absolute best on this mission. I wanted him to feel proud of me. I wanted to have him call me his son. He was gone for most of my childhood. I know that he regrets that. He tells me everyday that he would have been there for me if he could have. But I tell him that the force has its ways of doing things. We each have a role to play. And I am only playing mine.

As such, as I asked if anyone had questions, I could feel my father standing behind me. Almost as though I knew he would be there even though we would be separated once more. I let my left hand rest on the pommel on my sword that was on my belt. It was comfortable. Sure my father was a hammer wielder, but I wanted to use a sword. I would become a Sword of the Jedi. I turned my head a little to see my father. He nodded to me as he placed his large and warm hand on my shoulder. I breathed in as I turned back to face my family. Maya, my mother, and Freyia, my twin sister. I nodded to both of them at once, and then smiled as I looked to the others in the room.

"Let's get this show on the road."

Saki

Came in like a wrecking maul
Saki was looking at the ones there and crossing her arms as she sat on the weapons case. The heavy box on its repulsors holding her up while the teenager ran a hand through the short hair as the shaper cracked her knuckles. Really she was ready and good for anything knowing she could handle some of the real problems herself if need be but why not bring some padawans for some of the fun things. She rather liked the idea while laying there for a moment on the case. "Just send me where you need me, I'll make sure things that are a problem get smashed." She had her phrik weight and hammers for dealing with things but the saber and staff were ready there on her hips along with the fists she could just smash through the mountain while rolling her shoulders to handle the major problems within the caves or place. A little punching here and kicks there to break down the doors.

Máni was new to the Silver Sanctum, new to the galaxy outside of his home on Midvinter. It was all a brand new experience for him, and this was the first time that he had been on another planet that wasn't his home. A planet of corruption and thievery, a haven for Smugglers and their kind, of course it was a new experience for Máni and an experience that he welcome with open arms. That was his purpose of leaving his homeworld - to get out and explore what the galaxy had to offer. He had chosen to follow his Prince, Thurion Heavenshield by joining his Silver Jedi, and in doing so had devoted himself to the path of Light. A factor in his decision had been his devotion to Helm, the Valkyr god of Justice and War. After his parents were killed in defense of the village of Reykjaa that had been under assault by the Valkyr undead, the Vinterbound. It was during that battle that he witnessed the valor of the Silver and in seeing it, decided to join them in their quest to bring peace.

It was here, in this moment, that his glacial eyes that could rival the power of a winter storm analyzed the assembled group. He didn't know any of them, not fully anyway, but he was determined to know them. That was his primary purpose for joining this expedition, he wanted to know his allies and their strengths. It was unwise to charge into battle with allies that he knew nothing about, and so he would find out about them through their actions; for a man can say what he wants to make himself seem powerful and wise, but his actions would be the true measure of his worth. He was faintly aware of words being spoken in the background of his mind, but so enveloped in his inner thoughts was he that he did not catch the majority of them.

The message was simple as was made clear by the map that had been pulled up with two colored dots resembling objectives that they would undertake; two objectives, two teams. It would not be logical to send a group of moderately trained Padawan's into danger without a Master at their side. So, the teams would be divided into even numbers, with one team having two masters and the other having a single master.

Máni knew the purpose of the exercise even if he had not been paying attention to the directives. This was a test for the son of the Master that had been speaking, as much as a test for the other initiates that had chosen to come along. He had become used to tests, having lived on a world where life itself was the test and should you fail; you die. His silent approval of the test was written in his eyes as he stepped forward and spoke with the booming voice that most of his kin held.

"I wish to assault the stronghold. No one deserves to live in unwilling servitude to corruption and darkness. If I can free them, I will." it may have been slightly boastful, but it was not meant to be. If anything, he gave those around him a glimpse into his own beliefs and the way he felt about the Dark Side as a whole.

Finding her eyes upon both her darling brother that always had keep an eye out for her. This brought a smile upon her lips. Now came though into her mind. As she looked right next to her this time seeing Ronin. It was nervous she felt in the young man, she came to know so while these past few weeks. In a way he was the one that had open this shy little book reading nerd out of her shell. That and seeing her father had return this brought another warm thought to her mind. Yes their family was together once more. Wanting noting more then to get to know her father better after missing all these years.

Clearing her own throat as she once again. Looking at @Máni Picking the resusing with her twin bother. Didn't know how her family felt truely about Ronin being here with her by her side. Feeling a squeeze of the hand as after got done speaking. Couldn't help but mouth to her Brother Zeph as she like to call him for short. You did wonderful Knowing that what he just done even if it was just a smile group couldn't done looking at each of the one that came along could help but have that shy akward feeling as if she wanted to bring one of her books, to dive into so she could hide from them all.

Then came the reality cheek, that was that she would be going with her father to explore the cave one of the reason was that she needed a crystal to make her very own light saber when they got back to Voss. Now wondering if Ronin would be coming with them as she wouldn't mean even those knowing that Boy seem to be scared of her father some what. Was it something that was on spoken between the two of them. Maybe was it because he might have feeling for her, not knowing how her father would react to this situation. Knowing even those Maya still give Ronin a ear full after they got back from the rescue team. What was it before her father had shown back was it a week that they was on that island. Shaking her head she really could say how long they had been stranded there. Either way Ronin had be nothing but a gentleman even those there was many times that something could happen to them then what little that did happen in that period of time.

Taking a breath as she spoke, her voice as soft and gentle like her mothers Maya's. I wish to join the Explore the Caves with father, as we know that my brother is the warrior of the two of us, I as I can't not speak for Ronin he might like to join as well.

Letting herself send her son those calming emotions that only a mother has for her child. It was more then that there had been a heated talk about what was about to happen. Xander encouraging that their son take the the team that would Assault and Rescue of the hostages. Still looking over towards [member="Xander Carrick"] with her concern look upon her face.

As she knew with the Carrick that she married that this wasn't something that she was going to get her way with. Either way as she was also pointed out. That her new armor that had been loving crafted for her by her own husband hands for the most part. It had to be broken in and be tested out in the field. Knowing that as much as her husband wanted her own views to change about going after and killing that wouldn't be so with Maya. Even then knowing that a healer was going to be needed if anyone got their fair share of hits upon one body. Knowing to have her along would be a great thing to have.

Now came the question after all these years of being the peace loving gentle nature loving soul she was upon Voss. Could she call upon what laid deep with in her the jungle warrior that had once roamed Hurran Kal. Even know under her armor she still had her own tribal tattoo being of the Blazing sun warrior. Having been the youngest warrior to have her full tattoo put upon her skin of the tribe history. That was so long ago even know she had children that was now wanting the same to prove to their own parent.

I will be going with the ones that will Rescue the hostages, and keep...

Keeping herself from saying the other few words as was it just Xander or was it her son also giving her a daring look either way. It was time for the warrior deep with in to once again to come out in her. Even those she carried a saber her own power laid in the force itself being a powerful for user of not only of the healing arts but also of the force itself.

Finding herself holding her helmet to her side knowing that she looked more like a warior of the mandalorian clan of Verd then she did of a silver healer of Voss on this trip. Something that could feel that Xander took pride in seeing his wife in full armor becoming more of his culture.

It was then in the midst of the gathering that Ronin on all account stay relatively quiet on the sideline. Eye each and everyone those gathered while listening and take in much that was said. In regards to both the two separate mission that was to be had on this trip. Which seem both peek his interest and yet glance on the side to notice Freyia amongst the group along with her parents. Had seem made his choice somewhat interesting as for one given their last misadventure. Her mother and brother might not be too keen having him around but then on the flip side if he went with her. Then he'd had to contend with her dad from what he'd heard from other was who'll be leading the other group.

At any rate given his somewhat innate nature of being such a rebel rouser and well all round trouble maker it seem. Who as his mother seem had clearly pointed out during their impromptu debriefing after their little adventure. At which time after thinking this over and make his choice Ronin then walks over casually to Freyia side.

"I wish to join the Explore the Caves with father, as we know that my brother is the warrior of the two of us, I as I can't not speak for Ronin he might like to join as well."

Take her hand and giving it a light squeeze before turnover to speak out as he did his best belay the slight hesitation or fear of what her family would say.

" well figured you won't have to Freyia as sure am... come along with you ....."

He then gave a sly smirk as he turn over to her and gave her slight nod before return back to her side. As he reach over to grab her hand and squeezed it back as he faintly worded in a whisper to her.

' ...thru thick and thin.....right...'

He then let out a faint deep breath as he tried to them calm his thought. For at best he could say even though they barely knew each other before their week on Tion. She no less seem seem held a place in his thought and felt seem some feeling that he had yet to understand. Was it just mere friendship or something more? Seem only time would tell as the pair stood side by side...awaiting whatever new adventure was in store for them soon.

For in the back his mind as with his free hand simply slip into the satchel to passively take hold of the old saber. Thumb his fingers over it as in seem hope to help calm and center his thought. For thought it was broken for now and had yet in need of much repair along with a new crystal. He couldn't make himself part with it....for it was if anything else what little he had left of his past. One the few reminders or connection to that whom he lost....in himself and his past. While his gaze then turn towards her again as he let out a breath.....

Sitting in his own little corner of the transport ship Nikias toyed around with his lightsaber by making it spin a few centimeters above his hand. The Hellyni prince at one point had hated nothing more than to have to constantly travel across the galaxy; However, after his time with the Silver Sanctum the hatred had slowly been abolished. There were so many different worlds to see and more than a fair share of things to learn from them and their cultures. It almost seemed like Nikias spent more time off Voss exploring then on it learning from the masters at the temple. His white hair was slowly starting to grow out longer and a few days of stubble sat upon his chin. Nikias hadn't truly even known why he'd been invited on the mission as he simply had been offered the chance by Xander and thought that he could take the time to learn more about Phaeda. Slowly the saber began to lose speed as it lowered itself into Nikias' palm. Ever since he'd discovered his abilities with telekinesis Nikias had spent almost every waking moment building upon his use of it or practicing.

Looking up he now took stock of all those that had filled the transport ship. Many of the faces he'd never seen before while others were more familiar. The Silver Sanctum was something like a second home to Nikias now and he'd risk many things to help the members of it. Hearing Xander speak Nikias stood and made his way to the holo display where he took up a position looking down upon it. Slightly put off by the fact that Zephyr would be the leader of the second team Nikias had to steel himself so as to not show his surprise. From what he'd seen of Zephyr so far the other jedi was more than capable and was devoted to the ideals of the jedi. More so than even Nikias who hadn't even truly taken to fully placing his confidence in the code. Waiting to catch Zephyr's eyes Nikias would offer the young man a nod of respect. Nikias had acted as a general on his own world and knew the type of stress that Zephyr could possibly face, no matter how few were beneath your command the thoughts of losing them was always nerve racking.

Rubbing at the stubble on his chin, Nikias had to make a decision. He could possibly accompany Zephyr and that squad to taking on the criminal scum, but with how many there were supposedly going to be it would probably be best to let the other masters go to give their aid to the mission. Not to mention that it seemed like the only dedicated combatant going on the exploration of the caves was Xander. "I will join the team that searches the mines." Nikias said. It would be easier that way and if anything went wrong at least he had his shield to offer some protection.

Objective A

Taking a look around, I smiled as those who had made their choices in what groups they would be in. Walking in front of Zephyr, I nodded to him for a second, letting him know that it would be alright. Turning once more to the four that I would be taking to the cave systems, I smiled and cracked my knuckles. The group I would be leading would be my daughter, apparently her boyfriend? and Nikias, a semi-apprentice of mine. Looks like a good group.

"Alright, those going to the caves, we will be dropped off first. ETA is about 5 minutes. So prepare yourselves. Gather your gear, and meet me in the hanger. Otherwise, you will be left behind."

I walked off past the group towards my own crew quarters that would be shared with my family. I then began to put my armor on. Sliding on the shoulder pieces and the vambraces. The full suit took a few minutes to put on. From there, I then made my way towards the hangar where we would be dropped off.

Waiting for the rest to join us, I sat down on a crate, and was thinking about this new boy that seemed to be interested in my daughter. Hopefully he performed well. If he was to be close enough to hold hands with my daughter, then he would have to earn that right. Lets see him try.

He soon overhears her father say to the crowd that were gather which for moment drew him to glance over towards him. Just in time to seem catch the somewhat glare glance he had their way. As it would appear his action of hang around and hold hands with his daughter was well...not bloody likely gone well over with him. Which for a moment intimidated him that much was true for a moment but eventually. He somehow shifted gears and figured man to man....perhaps like much of anything else. Here too that he had fight and somehow earn his trust. Which he no less felt determined to knowing in the back his mind that he no less had a bad start.

For with her mother here he most likely had heard of their misadventures. And to that account would most certainly be eye him like a hawk the rest of the trip. Which was fine with him as with all things else he felt up to the challenge as he glance over at her.Squeeze her hand one last time before lean over to whisper in her ear.

"...seem dad none to happy eh? Well if you're all gear up......what you say if i race you to the hangar...just for sport or do you have something in mind make things interesting ...."

Objective B:

Saki looked at the ones there while she raised an eyebrow seeing some of them with her attention on a few of the things though seeing the team she was with and going after some slavers sounded fun hopping off her case. "Well this is going to be fun." She cracked her knuckles and rolled her shoulders preparing for a fight. The muscles tensing while she felt herself getting ready and excited... had to love and enjoy the fight to get into that spirit and mind set. Battlemind with matukai strength and fighting prowess. She grabbed the saber and collapsed staff from the case where the heavy wrecking ball weight and hammer were. The fists with mandalorian crafted shockwave generators. Her hands removing the robes so she could standing in the strap top and flex roughly hardening the skin and tattoo's into armor with a grin. "Lead the way padawan and just leave the locked doors to me."

My father walked before me. Nodding to me for a second. All I could think about was Nikias giving me a nod. As though he understood what I was going through. I breathed in once more as my father called for his group, gave them a game plan, and then walked off for himself to be prepared. I turned and waited for the others to leave the room when I then started to speak to my own group. I was nervous once more. My dad wasn't here to help me anymore Sure my mom was, yes she was a viable person to lead. But this was different. I wanted to learn on my own. I had to do this.

Two Jedi Masters, and a Valkyri. Three fighters, and a Master herbalist, and healer. I could work with this. Lead the way with the Jedi Master. Let the Valkyri do good work in cleaning up, as well as protecting my mother, and let my mother do her job to heal those who needed it, and help with the hostages. I breathed in one more time, I then began to speak about the game plan.

"The main entrance will not be a good idea to start from. We will be entering from the top of the stronghold. It has less enemy reinforcements. My father has already set up that we are a "Shipment" of new recruits to the group, as well as carrying supplies they may need. However, we will be just the opposite."

Activating the wrist device I was wearing, I pressed a few buttons, and the map in the room changed to a layout of the stronghold. On the far side of the rectangle, there was a green blip. Pulsating on and off. As well as other portions of the layout were marked with different colors. Indicating different things. All will be revealed in time.

"Here is where we start. The green is the landing pad. The top floor is out in the open. A lot of open space and room to move. However, there are multiple turrets set up, as well as close to 50 guards standing out side. The whole section marked off in yellow is the stairs down. As much as the elevators would be nice, we don't want to be stuck in the elevator. Too much of a risk. As such, the stairs will work. From here, we have to make our way past workers, guards, and other employees on the main floor. In here, there are a lot of choke points. We will have to be aggressive on our tactics, otherwise, we will give their leader time to escape."

I then indicated a large red glowing light that was in front of where the vault and the more valuable items would be. It was blinking rapidly. And as much as red may mean love, this time, it was danger.

"This is where we expect to find most of the danger. Inside this room is the main cafeteria for those who work here. We will be hitting them around their lunch. Which means they won't be ready for it should we infiltrate fast enough. As well, we expect their leader to be here. We have to get the codes from him in order to open up the vault doors. I don't think four lightsabers will be enough to cut through two meter thick security doors."

Keeping the holoimage up for a little while longer while we were going to be discussing this, I then decided to let people voice their opinions. I wanted us to work at a team, and get this done fast. Including the fact that the Jedi Master Saki voiced that all she needed me to do was to point, and she would deal with it. Good, glad to have somebody who simply worked when told. it made this a log easier for me to worry about myself and two others, than three others.

"Any questions?"

Saki

Came in like a wrecking maul
Saki was looking at the maps and plans as she stood there rubbing another hand on her head. "Nice plan and all but how much margin for error is there? You are working that the majority will be in the mess hall eating when we arrive. What if they are not? What eventualities have you planned for padawan? I can handle punching out and fighting through a base but my armor techniques and strength is only something for me. You have us going into the stairwell which they could turn against use easily enough as the elevator and there is always the chance there is more to the vault then just codes. Most of the decent vaults would have some form of biometrics just to be sure you aren't a shapeshifter." It was still doable and she had a small snort of readiness. She rather liked a fun challenge like this. "I'd also say make sure you use the full range of talent on your team. Commanding isn't just about saying what to do, you want to make sure the best are at the right positions."

Máni waited in relative silence while the briefing was undergone and he listened intently at the condition of their arrival and their estimated obstacles. He was Valkyr, a warrior people dedicated to the idea of Honor and all its applications in everyday life. It was as central to their culture as the heart was to the survival of organics. The same could be said of Máni, if not more so than the others of his people. After the attack of the Vinterbound, he had been left with nothing except the shredded legacy of his ancestors, all torn away by the icy world that he grew up on. He clung to Honor as tightly as a a newborn babe to its mother, with an iron grip.

His attentions were turned towards an assumed Master of the order as she voiced her own concerns over the mission. He found himself nodding along with much of what she said, though he admittedly didn't like the over-confidence that the woman seemed to have. If felt as though she were too sure of herself, though those thoughts were quickly rectified at the mention of her own capabilities and the fact that even she had limits. He waited in further silence to ensure that the master had said her peace before he stepped forward and spoke his own thoughts, glacial gaze directly meeting that of the padawan leader of his team.

"If I may voice my own opinion on the matter..." he paused before continuing, "Leadership is trusting your followers by utilizing their own strengths and weaknesses as much as trusting yourself to lead them." his words were soft and simple.

"I suggest that we either make use of the elevator ourselves, or cripple the system so that it cannot be turned against us. It would not be wise to fight from in front and from behind. I would also suggest allowing myself and Master Saki to cripple the turrets while the remaining members of our team draw the fire from the bulk of the rooftop forces. I am admittedly not as skilled in the Force as others present, but I am strong and fast. I can destroy the turrets with aid from Master Saki." he finished and stepped back to his previous position, awaiting any further suggestions or orders that he may receive.

It was then after make a quick inventory of his gear that Ronin head over towards the Hangar bay. Keeping to the bare minimum at best as he reckons if this cave exploration was anything like their earlier jungle one. Keeping his gear as light and efficient as possible could be the key in not only keep him. As mobile and better able keep up with the group this time around. At any rate, as much he hates to admit it the once cocky and somewhat aloof Ronin was feeling a bit quite nervous or apprehensive. Thought it was not so much in regard to the exploration itself but more so knowing the fact for one reason or another. That this time around they were being lead and well accompanied by none other than Freyia father.
