Are you sure about the template part? 'Notable Possessions' really doesn't apply to non-combat NPC's like this. And it was my understanding that Templates could be added to or altered slightly as appropriate for the submission. Such as by adding a history, strengths/weaknesses, skills, exc.

Also, I just noticed that I missed a section on one of them. I'll fix that in a sec.
