Josephine Halscott arrived on the Terisa Kerrill a Kimbrell-class Star Destroyer, one of the last projects her grandmother worked on. Ships that were scarcely seen outside of Dosuun and the First Imperial Coalition comprised of the old core worlds of the First Order. Given the size of the ship and the amount of registered Force Users on it, they were asked to dock elsewhere. From there they took their own shuttle down to the designated starport. They, being Josephine and her guards, and there at the Imperial Gate they would wait. Josephine realized that perhaps other nations were not as civilized so she could appreciate their efforts. It wasn't so much different on Dosuun, but then, Force Users were integrated into the everyday fabric.
She wore a simple business outfit and turned to one of the guards, "Hae" a trusted friend. "I'm sure this is just standard procedure for registered Force Users." She shifted her lips when the guard only huffed. "I didn't say it was pleasant, just standard." Josephine cleared her throat when she heard movement from where they were being held. "Please, hands, down," she moved to urge another of the guards "Yeon". It wasn't as if she was completely at the mercy of others, Josephine was more than capable of fending for herself.
The Galidraani had her paperwork ready, the First Imperial Coalition had its own system for registering Force Users but produced their own "passport" that held their status. Yes or No, for Force Sensitive, if Yes then it showed their level of training. She had what was considered Standard, so S. Advanced users had an A, and Imperial Knights were labeled with IK. She took off her glasses and exhaled, waiting was always the hardest part.
The port was otherwise fairly busy, but that was standard and Josephine's shoulders tensed up only briefly as she waited. "Once we're done with our checkpoint, we'll go to the offices."
"I've let our speeder know that we are delayed," Hae mentioned.
"Delamain is such a dear, tell them that I appreciate their patience."
"Of course."
