Built by Voodoo Military Supply Co. (Formerly Mylls Survival Co.) to produce in mass for anyone in need of a carrier. It also comes with VMS's own starfighters the MS-10. Due to Felix Hardy becoming the new CEO New ideas were bound to come with him so the Hydra-class was born. He liked the idea of naming the ships in a unique fashion so this followed suit with the founders original plans.
The Hydra-class was meant to be a big carrier meant to carry a lot of ships to aid in battle and to provide for a bigger fleet. It's not meant to be a solo ship but with its full compliment it can take out its fair amount of smaller targets. This shop has a large crew capacity due to the need for people to take care of and pilot the many fighters on board.
The Hydra-class may be slow,weak, and unable to defend itself but it was designed to be a team player and provide support with its large fighter compliment to the other members of its fleet. Its a back-line fighter and gives support to the bigger ships from afar.
