While I wouldn't say Neldar/Golan Arms is poor, but I'd like to have contracts, agreements and alliances/friendships.

Neldar has a long standing relationship with the Hutt Cartel; from hiring Ganks, working bounties/jobs, and supporting them. Neldar would like to start something more formal and personal, work closer and more in support of the Hutt Cartel, so favors for each other is an ultimate goal.

Coming up, Neldar will be doing a dev for a large ship and would be fun to have someone from the Hutt Cartel possibly add something different to the thread.
