DESCRIPTION
An incredibly small-scale business that is more akin to that of a Workshop, many of the deals are on an individual or personal basis, practically never building equipment for more than a few customers. Almost all of the equipment it provides is intended for the hands of 'Freelance Law Enforcement' Officers and Agencies, otherwise known as Bounty Hunters. Of course, they will sell to other such Mercenaries and individuals who can afford the price, but many of the catalogue listings are created with the aforementioned group in mind. With the company sporting the motto: "For Bounty Hunters, By Bounty Hunters," the designs champion flexibility in combat, differentiating itself from other manufacturers of such weapons in that they provide personalized, rugged, and often highly customizable equipment that prioritize quality over quantity. Usually, materials are outsourced from other places, with Samuel Exel himself shaping them from raw states to cut down on costs and to have a form of his own quality control. This outsourcing usually relies on its specialty equipment sales to select customers in order to provide the material and more.

RATIONALE
With a distinct proficiency in the creation of weaponry and armor, Samuel Exel Samuel Exel , known as 'Gorian' under his Bounty Hunter alias, decided to put his skills to good use by opening a new avenue of business: the manufacturing of arms and armor. This not only gives him the funding for himself in his ever-present search for profit, but it also gives him the motivation and funding to create new designs for himself to use in the field. This makes the company a bit of a bridge for mutually beneficial arrangements between himself and customers.
