PERSONAL INFORMATION

Name: Hunchun T'vok
Species: Female Devaronian
Age: Early 20s
Homeworld: Mahporeem
Occupation: Tank Pilot, Weaponsmith, Scrapyard Engineer, Vehicle Designer, Improvised Weapons Mechanic
Affiliation: Mahporeem Imperial Remnant
Languages: Basic, Devaronese, Binary, Trade Cant

APPEARANCE

Hunchun T'vok looks like she was built from the same scrapyards she works in. Her reddish-orange skin bears natural Devaronian facial markings and two circular black marks on her forehead where horns never developed. Muscular from years of hauling scrap and welding armor plating, she possesses a rugged physicality that somehow carries its own strange allure.

Her purple hair was once worn in long dreadlocks decorated with scavenged rings and machine parts. Following her integration into Imperial service, it was cut shorter into a practical wavy style more suitable for armored crews and military operations.

Imperial tattoos cover portions of her arms, shoulders, and torso. Most are family traditions inherited from generations of Mahporeem settlers, while others commemorate projects, vehicles, and milestones in her own life.

Even after cleaning up, she still somehow smells faintly of machine oil.

PERSONALITY
  • Rugged
  • Restless
  • Irreverent
  • Inventive
  • Reckless
  • Defiant
  • Tenacious
  • Unpolished

Hunchun possesses the peculiar confidence of someone who has spent most of her life fixing problems by hitting them with a wrench until they became someone else's problem.

She values function over appearance, results over process, and survival over elegance. Authority only impresses her when it is competent. She respects skill, ingenuity, and endurance. Everything else is negotiable.

Her greatest strength and greatest flaw are often the same thing: she rarely believes something cannot be done.

BACKGROUND

Hunchun was born on Mahporeem, a world of scrapyards, industrial wastelands, and endless fields of abandoned Imperial hardware. She grew up among rusting war machines and salvage crews where children learned how to strip power couplings before they learned proper arithmetic.

Her family descends from some of Mahporeem's earliest settlers—Imperial criminals, smugglers, black-market operators, and other exiles who disappeared into the world's isolation generations ago. By Hunchun's era those origins had become little more than stories, old tattoos, and family legends. Whatever crimes her ancestors committed were centuries behind her.

What remained was their talent for survival.

By adolescence she was already rebuilding repulsorlift engines from incompatible components and converting battlefield wreckage into functional combat vehicles. Her natural aptitude earned attention from engineering and logistics elements of the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant.

Unlike most military engineers, however, Hunchun never embraced standardized doctrine. Her creations were ugly, loud, overpowered, and frequently considered terrible ideas by everyone except the people operating them.

Unfortunately for her critics, they usually worked.

STRENGTHS
  • Improvisational Genius — Can force incompatible machinery and components to function together under extreme circumstances.
  • Fearless Under Fire — Performs exceptionally well during crises, battlefield conditions, and equipment failures.
  • Relentless Work Ethic — Once focused on a project, she will pursue a solution with stubborn determination.

WEAKNESSES
  • Reckless Engineering — Often pushes machinery beyond recommended limits.
  • Authority Resistant — Has difficulty accepting orders she disagrees with.
  • Impatient — Becomes frustrated by bureaucracy, delays, and excessive caution.

TRAINING & LEARNING
  • Scrapyard Salvage Fundamentals
  • Improvised Mechanical Engineering
  • Repulsorlift Systems Modification
  • Imperial Equipment Familiarization
  • Field Engineering & Rapid Repair
  • Heavy Weapons Integration
  • Power Systems & Energy Routing
  • Industrial Fabrication & Welding
  • Basic Slicing & Systems Interface
  • Survival & Hazard Adaptation

EQUIPMENT

Armor: Still Breathing
A heavily modified Mahporeem tank pilot armor suit assembled from salvaged Imperial components and rebuilt countless times. Hunchun insists every scar on the armor has a story.

Sidearm: Backtalk
A reliable blaster pistol that usually appears when diplomacy has failed.

Rifle: Bad Idea
A heavily customized combat rifle with more power than most technicians would consider responsible.

Vibro Hatchet: Problem Solver
Part tool, part weapon, entirely effective.

VEHICLES & CREATIONS

Frankenthrawler

A notorious hover tank assembled from salvaged Imperial components, battlefield wreckage, and whatever parts happened to be available at the time. Painted in bright salvage colors before military authorities eventually repaint most production models, it represents Hunchun's engineering philosophy perfectly:

If it works, improve it.
If it survives, improve it again.
If it explodes, write down what happened and build another one.
