Description: In 826 ABY, Terrik Hudrel founded Hudrel Robotics, a droid manufacturing corporation founded in Bin Prime, Balmorra. Historical records of Hudrel Robotics and it's dealings were lost during the Bin Prime riots in 844 ABY, as the galaxy was plunged into chaos by the disapperence of citizens and the mass hysteria it caused in major cities. Alongside the casualities that were suffered included Terrik Hudrel.
With no next of kin and/or family members left to inherit what was left of Hudrel Robotics, the InterGalactic Banking Clan on Muunilinst sent Serj Sularis, an Muun investment banker who was given Hudrel Robotic's case. Tasked with the job to shore up Hudrel Robotic's assets and shares, Balmorra was suddenly invaded by the One Sith. With Balmorra under siege, Bin Prime alive in the mass hysteria and riots caused by the survivors of the event and with time running low, Serj reached out to a business entrepreneur from Chandrila whom he had done with business in the past.
Her name was Alicia Drey, the principle owner and chief operating officer of Chandrila DataTech that Serj had personally invested in on behalf of the InterGalactic Banking Clan, consequentially receiving the investments that he had made back within a year of payment, whilst all the while retaining profit from the shares he ultimately had in the Chandrila based corporation.
Arriving in Bin Prime and making her way to the apartment Serj had rented as he went about the business of dealing with the droid manfacuturing industry that had crashed in the ensuing event, Alicia Drey and Serj Sularis came together and created a solution. She would buy out the shares of Hudrel Robotics, in a corporate takeover of the company, in a down payment to the InterGalactic Banking Clan, who had taken over for the deceased Terrik Hudrel.
Relieving the stress of Hudrel Robotics away from the Muuns and making the droid manufacturer her problem, Alicia Drey now sits as the principle owner and chief operating officer of Hudrel Robotics, investing her time, expertise and money to revitalize her new corporation, world and cities that she finds herself now involved in.
