How do you guys scale force strength on here?
There are several factors, one is experience. An acolyte/padawan is not going to be as strong or skilled as a master. Second is how much you use something a master who dabbles in tutaminis compared to one who specializes in it are going to be very different, third is just how you use it. If you are fair in your powers most do not care if your running around having fun.

I mean, is their a way to get to "master" level without needing the rank? Also as an acolyte, my TK could only crack boulders and/or lift them up slightly right? [member="Matsu Ike"]

Assuming you mean how someone grows in power, the site uses a three tier system (Apprentice/Knight/Master). Every player starts as a padawan, and their skills are limited. Beyond that, what you know is entirely dependent on how you train. If I have my apprentice train only on Force abilities, he shouldn't be well-versed in lightsaber use. And another thing: Tier does not determine if one can win. A padawan who has a high amount of skill in lightsaber combat shouldn't find himself instantly loosing against a Master who doesn't have the same skills in combat. Heck, there have been times where i could name apprentices who could beat the living crap out of my Knight-level character.

The leveling system is arbitrary, and should be taken with a grain of salt. If you've done the work, and have the abilities of a knight, don't assume you're weak because you haven't been promoted yet (or you may have other skills/equipment to give you an advantage, like beskar'gam). There have been padawans who have done more work than some masters. Just because you're a padawan doesn't automatically make you a punching bag/cannon fodder.

TL;DR: Work hard if you want to get to master, but ranks don't always mean what they may seem.

Lots of Training and maybe Development threads, Anything is possible if you put that much work into it. I bet if you make a Training Thread that is 3-7 pages long ull get the respect needed for the force Strength.

Also how you word things too. Descriptive [member="Larkoon Darkmat'r"]

@Ak'lya [member="Nulgath Zardai"] Thanks guys. You too [member="Matsu Ike"] Hypothetically... if I self train a lot as an acolyte In certain skills, like say TK I could get uber powerful by the quantity of rps?

Pure strength is not everything holy in the world. Think more along the lines of "What can I do to improve my fighting style" and less along the lines of "What can I do to OHKO somebody by snapping my fingers."
