Right,well,I don't understand Development threads. I mean,do we make threads based solely upon developing the item? Are the devthreads from other websites?

Development threads are generally used to supplement submissions for the Factory and Codex. They're done here, on SWRP, as either private or public threads. Each restricted item has a required objective, though not all development threads are to complete specific objectives. Instead they accompany what is typically a unique creation, unlike most anything else.

You simply need to do a (normally) 10 post RP of you designing the item you are making/producing.
For restricted items you do an RP based on the requirements for those items.

For example, my alt [member="Charzon Loulan"] would be a character you can thread with if ships are involved, or me if it is about a starship component, or some other items if so you wish.
