I am planning on rebuilding, and at some point subbing house thul estate.
As a luxury but deadly fort, basically a star ship claded in rock.
Shields ground to space weapons, and star fighters
as well as an underground bunkers, and manufacturing plants.

What would I need to included in a dev thread to make this okay

If we're talking a full on fortress I think 15-20 posts with 2+ people will do you fine.

If you've got crazy stuff in your fort like special weapons obviously it's up to the judge at the time, but this is a minimum guide.
