When commissioning the Sluis Van Shipyards for their Migrant Fleet, the members of House Olearius wanted a hybrid of a diplomatic transport and a luxury yacht. The reasoning for this was just incase if members of House Olearius needed to travel to a planet below or to take a tour of a star system outside of their arkships. The need for extravagance and luxury was the reasoning why the Venus Class yacht was inspired by the long line of Nabooian luxury yachts already in service. Now the members of House Olearius can travel in complete confidence that they are in complete luxurious comfort.
