STRENGTHS

Multipurpose: Essentially an advanced environment suit, The vast protections the suit provides allows it to operate in nearly any hostile environment: Intense Heat, Cold, Radiation (This suit has an underlay that allows it to rapidly treat Radiation as well as other damage in a span of fourteen hours or less, depending on severity), Acidic, even Space, High pressure, or underwater environments. There is almost nowhere an enemy of House Io can run that a Citizen cannot follow. It even has built in climbing gear and Rocket or Underwater Jet pack attachment points on the back. Miniaturized technology allows an almost unheard number of features to be packed into the armor and still retain it's "Light Rating".

Dynamo: Built with a miniature Dynamo pack that charges by the user's movement. This Dynamo enables the user to power up basic inactive Electronics, such as computers or Force Fields or special ammo clips via universal adapter cables attached to the suit

Modular: Weapon mounts on the arms enable arm mounted Weaponry or Energy shields with separate power sources to be attached. Can also be built for the species of the user

Enhancer: Enhances strength, speed, and reflexes by a factor of 3, and built in tech increases Accuracy with firearms as well as provides X-Ray, Binocular, and Thermal Imaging Tech

Don't try to frighten us with your Sorcerous Ways: Gravitic Tech in the boots protects against being Force Pushed or Pulled, while Neural Band and Meditation Band Technology provide high protection against telepathic assault by Force Users. It can even cause attempts to use Illusions to fail on the User

I see everything: Helm has built in X-Ray, Thermal, and Night Vision with binocular tech

Thirst Meter: Miniaturized Moisture Vaporator ensures a constant quarter liter water supply in a small pouch on the back

WEAKNESSES

Lightsabers: Ha ha ha no

No Resistance to Sonic: Also a hearty ha ha ha no

Explosions: Cannot withstand explosives, even mild ones

Conventional: Torn through all too easily by both blaster, vibroweapons and slugthrower after a few hits

Railguns: Tears through the armor with no effort

Pulse-Wave: Pulse wave weapons not only tear through its defenses, but momentarily short out it's Electronics

Biohazard Limits: Can only remain in Hotzones a maximum of 21 hours before decontamination is necessary. It can withstand Military grade diseases but has severe trouble with alchemy

Pressure limits: Suit protects from high pressure atmospheres for only seven hours before it needs repair.

Grav limits: It can protect from high gravity, not very high or extremely high gravity, and then only for seven hours.

Underwater/Vacuum : Can only remain active in these environments as long as it's fourteen hour supply of rebreather oxygen doesn't get compromised or run out

DESCRIPTION

Even the basic attire of House Io citizens attire has formidable defenses, as they are essentially NBC Suits and Environment Suits rolled into one with Multiple high tech updates. Meant more for light scout duties, it is more than capable of making even the lowliest citizen a formidable threat to the unwary infantry or Force Adept

ALright lets start

First you are four points over in the ratings.

Second and this largely goes into several things... like your other armor this is bloated and filled with things just for the sake of it. The kitchen sink approach can work but really this is like 4 different armors in one with power armor, healing, eva and anti force wielders and saber combat. I would recommend dividing it up and making specialty armors.

Third with its medical tech and power armor the rating of light doesn't really have a factor you are lugging around heavy equipment with no explanation of how it is easy.

Much like your other one this has many of the same glaring issues from being bloated in the resistances to being highly non-functional with the sheer amount of equipment.

This should really be divided into specialty armors and the resistances cut down from 23 to 7 or 8 at best.

I am likewise denying this on concept and recommend if you are going to second chance it to really look at other armors that pack materials within using their tech and materials.
