STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
+ Amphibious Biology: As a Nautolan, Hooli is physically built to be able to survive in extreme conditions. Like many others of her race, Hooli can breathe both air and water and had eyes capable of seeing in the darkest of oceans.
+ Empathetic by Nature: The tendrils growing from her head possess a unique ability to sense chemicals. More specifically, they're quite capable of detecting pheromones. The pheromones emitted by others can be translated by the young Nautolan to better understand other beings' emotional states.
+ Wise Beyond Her Years: Despite her young age, Hooli's connection to the force is quite strong. This is due to her countless hours spent educating her impressionable mind on Jedi history and literature. This has created a certain air to her as if she was much older than just a teenager.
- Small Frame: Hooli possesses a smaller frame than most, due to her young age and special diet. Her physical strength is not up to par with her other athletics skills.
- Swam Away: Despite feeling at home amongst the Jedi and the force, there are memories of her past she just can't shake. Being taken away from her homeworld to the Jedi Temple on Kashyyyk at a young age, visions of her parents still come to her.
- Blinded by the Light: Perhaps is it her connection to the Light Side, or maybe it is just her young age, but Hooli always tries to see the best in people and give them the benefit of the doubt. This can lead her to lower her guard at unprompted times and affect her ability to make hard decisions, especially when it involves the lives of others.
APPEARANCE:
Hooli is a teenaged force-sensitive Nautolan female, with smooth mint skin and large brown eyes. Her head has a bundle of tendrils cascading down about a chest length. Around her tendrils are decorative brown bands. She wears a light pink and brown bandana at the top of her head to help protect her tendrils from the sun, while also protecting where her two silka braids attach at. Dressed normally in her Jedi robes, which consist of a white blouse with long sleeves and a tan tunic overtop. She sports a large brown belt around her waist that has a small pouch for belongings and a clip for her lightsaber. Hooli's robes also feature grey trousers, brown boots, and the occasional jedi robe of a matching brown color.
BIOGRAPHY:
Hooli was born on the planet native to her species, Glee Anselm. Her experience as a child was hard to remember, but she knew that she was loved and cared for. Taken at age 4, the Jedi Order brought the youngling to the planet of Kashyyyk where she would begin her training in the Force and the Jedi Way. Hooli found herself immersed in the force and honored to be a pupil of the great Jedi teachings. As a Jedi Initiate, she found herself apart of the Clam Clan, spending most of her years learning and training alongside a group of others like herself. Along the path of her training, Hooli and 5 others from her Clan completed The Gathering, as Hooli overcame her own fears and trials, being awarded with her very own kyber crystal of green coloring, which she used to make her own lightsaber. Hooli trusted in the Force and continued her efforts as she excelled in the Initiate Trials. Now the teenager awaits a Master, to further train her in the rightful path of the Jedi.
