[SIZE=9pt]Ijaat Akun, or Mereel after he took the more famed name of his ancestors, was a Mandalorian Beskarsmith and Ori’ramikad (Super Commando). In his long life, he acquired a wealth of knowledge in crafting nearly every material known in the galaxy, and made a special study of the metals and techniques of his people, the Mandalorians. Making the decision to end his own life to clear his family name of the sins of his past actions, Ijaat sat out to create a legacy to any who might find the holocron he and [member="Dissero"] created.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]The contents of this include some of his more deeply held secrets and thoughts. The secrets to forging beskar, data on the actual proven existence of bes’manda (until this, only a rumor whispered), void steel, soul steel, and even notes on the creation and development as well as crafting of mandalorian steel. It contains an exhaustive account of the Thor Yor he spent time meditating at on Tython after the Cataclysm on Mandalore, as well as the secrets of Madog Steel gleaned therein. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Last, but not least, it contains tutelage on all the various fighting styles he studied under as a younger man, from Adumar to Thyrsus and Eshan. [SIZE=9pt]As a final show of ability, the holocron was made of Force Crystal and bes’manda, enabling the gatekeeper of it to be a near perfect and sentient copy of the man who once bore the title of Gar’buir - the Iron Father. An odd side-effect of this is the ability of the Holocron to restrict information from those too far into the Light or Dark, instead becoming inert metal and crystal and growing impossibly hot, burning the holder which the Gatekeeper deems unworthy for that reason or more.[/SIZE]
