Permission Requirement: Use of Hollowite requires a single roleplay thread of any length per character in which they discover, recover, or otherwise come into possession of the material. This thread must: Take place on the forums and tag Braze in the first post. Depict the moment the character comes into possession of Hollowite, either through direct discovery or by acquiring it from another character who already possesses it (provided the exchange is roleplayed on the forums). Be linked in any Factory or Codex submission where that character uses or incorporates Hollowite. Once this thread is completed and linked, that character may use Hollowite freely in future submissions and roleplays without additional discovery threads. This requirement applies individually to each character.

  Hollowite is a rare mineral whose crystalline lattice emits a constant, low-frequency resonance that creates a zone of Force suppression. This resonance radiates outward in all directions, phasing against the Force's ambient field in a way that repels it, displacing the energy until the local field is too thinned to be shaped or used. The aura behaves much like two magnetic fields pushing apart, pressure waves forcing water aside, or deep vibrations causing a medium to shift and flow away from their source. Its strength is greatest at the stone's center and gradually diminishes toward the perimeter, where the Force begins to flow normally again. Unlike alchemized Void Stone or the biological field of ysalamiri, Hollowite is purely geological and generates a constant resonance that repels the Force's ambient field through phase opposition, creating a null zone rather than erasing the field entirely. Because this resonance is constant when exposed, safe transport requires full encasement within specialized insulating materials (see: Nymvar Ash Tree / Aegisite ).
