IC Leadership
Officially SPECTRE has no leadership. All operatives act on what they have available to them. However, to facilitate this, we all have access to a central mainframe called COPR, Central Operations Processing Register. This machine is not connected to the holonet, but access travels through subcode in the holonet to a local transceiver which screens out holonet connectivity and only allows in the one line of code. All data is stored on COPR and contact between operatives is firdt inisitsted through it.
All operstives choose their own callsign, but each MUST choose one. Real names are not used on official assignments.
