TECHNICAL INFORMATION
SPECIAL FEATURES
DESCRIPTION
The Sith Lord A’sharad Graush fought with men and women, some human, some aliens, comrades in arms. Those he employed weren’t brainwashed, but they were men and women that could potentially be swayed to fight against him. And so came the existence of droids, designed in part by the Supreme Commander, they would perform a plethora of duties that were suited for their function in the First Order.

Ruthless, is how the Vanguard Droids were described while being viewed as prototypes. They were stronger than the average man of comparable size, and considering their size was over that of the average being for many species, it was difficult to practically combat the Vanguard droid head on, for they didn’t possess a vocabulary, or the necessary language detectors to comprehend what ‘mercy’ or ‘retreat’ meant.

Within the helmets, the droids possessed an array of visual abilities that standardized helmets tended to have: Tactical, Low-light/Nightvision, Infrared/Thermal, Ultraviolet, High-Frequency Sonar. However, a weakness of these droids was that they required a designated Commander to deliver orders for them to switch ocular modes, without one, depending on the situation, they'll remain blind.

In regards to the implemented self destruct system, it solely accepts a singular phrase from its creator, in an ancient, near forgotten language. Of course, with the slicing equipment built into the droids system, a specific location; the small of the back, triggers a detonation that’ll scuttle the droid and severely harm anything within its immediate vicinity. Should the breaker within the droid actually be overloaded, and the construction disabled, to prevent it getting into enemy hands, the device was put in place. Of course, most, if not all of the Commander’s creations held that similarity.

Strengths:

 • Excellent Aim

 • Wide Range of Ocular Advancements

 • Exceedingly Difficult to Slice
Weaknesses:

 • Built In Self Destruct System

 • Voice Commands

 • Rank Hierachy

 • EMP / Constant Exposure

 • Singular 'Eye'
