Heya!

I registered with this site about a week or so ago... just haven't had time to actually get started. So... to start, do I need to make a character sheet, and then ask to join a faction, or do I ask to join a faction so I can make my character sheet based around that faction?

Any other advice for a newbie would be appreciated!
