Hey there.

Vulpesen walked through the alleys of coruscant. He'd received a strange message that seemed to hold some hints on the whereabouts of his father. His true father, as in the one that he shared blood with, yet had never met. It was rather obvious why he might want to follow such a cryptic thing, no matter what the cost was. The shadows of the under levels were dark and held many secrets. Perhaps the ones he wished for most, but this area was also one for muggers and other various scoundrels. His eye's were kept cold and hard as he stared down anyone who might step forward to impede his progress.

With so much hope for what was ahead, Vulpesen was also apprehensive as to the dangers it could yield. The Black Sun had put a bounty on his head, and he was learning that the name of Vulpesen Torrevaso was becoming more and more popular as his influence over the galaxy started to manifest itself. It didn't know it yet, But those fears were spot on as he would soon find himself in a fight due to the afore mentioned bounty. @[member="Jar Dar"]

Jar was waiting, sitting, and drinking patiently in his apartment. While he was drinking he was sharpening his favorite knife from his knife collection: a curved hilted blade and was making sure his shotgun and blaster rifle are fully loaded. He doesn't have his jetpack with him at the moment but it was in his closet, just in case.

Jar never visited Corusant and wished he wasn't in this crappy apartment at the moment, but it was worth it. He was waiting for a jedi who's name is popular in the galaxy for pissing off the Black Sun. Jar wasn't waiting for the jedi so that way he could fight him and turn him in to the Black Sun, though he did considered that if he beat the jedi then he'll turn him in to the Sun's so he could get some pay. He then walked to his window and saw his guest walking to the apartments he was staying for the moment.

Jar exited out of the apartments and was walking in the opposite direction of the jedi. Jar turned around and followed the jedi and pulled out his knife, ready to attack him.

As he finally reached the designated location, the force rippled around Vulpesen, alerting him to some unsavory intentions. "You're kidding me." Turning around, he caught the glimmer of @[member="Jar Dar"]'s blade then reached down to rest his hand on his saber. "I certainly hope that's for cutting cake." His eyes glared up at this bounty hunter, piercing him with their soul searching gaze. Vulpesen had been attacked by multiple people in his career. This was one of the less impressive of those attacks. There was generally one thing worse that bringing a knife to a gun fight. Bringing a knife to a fight which included a jedi and a lightsaber.

When Vulpesen said that his knife is for cutting cakes, Jar simply grinned and said, "It's more for cutting people's throats and gutting them. And these," Jar revealed his dual pistols to him from his coat, "are to shoot out your brains." He then saw the jedi glaring him as if he was giving Jar the eye. It was his turn. Jar took off his sunglasses and glared at him, showing him no mercy, no compassion, no happiness, just hatred, anger, etc and placed his sunglasses on his face, covering his blue eyes. Jar knew that the jedi would reach out for his lightsaber, simply because the movement of his arm to his saber. Jar swiftly, with his right arm, took out one of his pistols and pointed it at at the jedi's unguarded chest. "Now here's what we're going to do. You're going surrender, get cuffed, go to my ship, and I'll safely escort you to the Suns. Understand?" Jar said and readies his legs by bending them, and faces his feet to his left, and readies both of his arms that has a pistol and his knife.

Vulpesen's hard eyes softened to allow him to return @[member="Jar Dar"]'s grin. "You people never learn." His finger's by his saber moved a bit, not so much as to make the hunter trigger happy, but enough to catch attention. "I" His fingers flexed. "Am." Another flex. "A" his fingers wavered. "Jedi." upon his last words, Vulpesen opened his right hand, using the ongoing distraction of his left to cover the motion. The force surged from his palm, aiming to hurl the hunter away while his left hand finally took up his saber, using jedi reflexes to block any lucky shots. Whoever this person was, he'd need to try a lot harder than that to catch the shadow off guard. "You know what happened to the last hunter who attacked me?"

As Jar was hurled by the force he put himself in a position as if he was lying in bed, took out both both of his pistols and started firing at the jedi. When Jar's back felt and was sliding on the ground he did a backward somersault and had both of his feet decreasing his velocity when he was sliding on the ground. He stood up with no fear inside of him when the jedi told him about the last bounty that he confronted, put both of his pistols in their holsters, and started running at the jedi at full speed. As Jar was running to the jedi he started taking off his coat which increased his speed because of the weight and put it in his right hand. When Jar was close to the jedi he threw his coat at the his face and because of distraction Jar concentrated all his speed and strength in his left leg and aimed at the right side of Vulpesen's right knee, which wouldn't disable or do anything that bad to Vulpesen's knee but it would do some damage to the knee and would make Vulpesen limp. "Who's dominating now?" Jar thought to himself.

Vulpesen's blade lit up, moving to deflect the various shots with precise movements. Mistake one, @[member="Jar Dar"] put away his still useful weapons. Mistake two, he charged head on towards a force user. Mistake three, he got within his blades range. Had the jedi been a sith, it was likely that the bounty hunter's life would have ended in that moment, but considering that the jedi was not that into death and maiming, Vulpesen simply reached out with his hand, using the force to push the coat back into Jar Dar's face. During the moment of blindness, the shadow executed a quick force jump. Extracting his pistol from his robes, Vulpesen span around and fired several stun bolts towards the enemy's back.

"Damn it, little cousin got me," Jar said as he took the stun bullets. At least no one else saw this, especially another bounty hunter. "All right you got me. Now can you pick me up from this floor. We have several things to talk about." He waited for Vulpesen to pick him up, " While you're at it can you pick up my coat?"

@[member="Vulpesen"]

Upon the last four words, Vulpesen rose an eyebrow. He'd heard several terms used to define people in the rougher parts of the galaxy. Cuz was one of them. Cousin wasn't. If for nothing other than to find out what this crazy bounty hunter was talking about, Vulpesen used a simple force pull to tug the man into his grip before putting the man back in his robes. As the hunter would still be unable to stand on his own, Vulpesen took a happy alternative. Taking several daggers from his robes, he drove the silver blades into the fabric of the coat and back into the wall behind the man, effectively holding @[member="Jar Dar"] in place. "And what exactly would those things be?"

"Man what is wrong with did you know how much that coat cost. You better fix it or buy me a new. And besides believe it or not we're blood related." Jar looked at the Jedi with a serious look. "How long am I suppose to be stun cause I hate this position. Let's go in my apartment so that way we can talk." He's going to talk to him and probably have another fight but he wasn't going to turn him in.

@[member="Vulpesen"]

Vulpesen rolled his eyes at @[member="Jar Dar"]'s complaints. As a general rule, he didn't pay for the clothes of idiots who tried to attack him. As the fool continued talking, Vulpesen gave him a strange look. Attacking someone then claiming to be a relative... that was new. "First of all, I've never met either of my parents. How exactly would you know that? The only thing I have of my biological family is my last name. As for the apartment, I think I like you just where you are."

Jar sighed when the man asked him if he knows his parents at all. "I know that because I lived with my uncle, also known as your father." Jar was pretty sure that the Jedi would not believe him at all. "Tell you what. I know you have a holocron or something that has the image of your father. Show it to me and I can identify him." Jar wanted to get out of this position, "How much time has passes us?"

@[member="Vulpesen"]

Vulpesen raised an eyebrow at the remark about the holocron. Such an item was never with him as it had been left at the home of Zarro Verres. Perhaps there was something to his story. "I don't have it with me. Perhaps you can describe him." With the face of his father scorched onto his memory, Vulpesen would have a rather easy time figuring out if the description was easy to define. "As for the stunning, you can expect that to go on for at least half an hour." @[member="Jar Dar"]

Half an hour, great. Thirty minutes of my life I'm never going to get back when the Jedi told him that he would be like this for thirty minutes. "Uncle has dark brown hair and his eyes are the same color to his hair. And he was in his forties. He has a mustache and a beard. He was almost as tall as me" Jar replied to Vulpesen's question.

@[member="Vulpesen"]

Vulpesen's eyes watched @[member="Jar Dar"], studying his face for a moment. "Vape it, hold still." Placing his hand on the man's head, Vulpesen used the force to search into his mind. After a bit studying, he found that the man was indeed telling the truth. "Hell." He stepped back and took another glance. Jar Dar did indeed have some family characteristics. "So let me get this straight. You appear out of nowhere, attack me for a bounty, then when you fail, you suddenly decide that you'd like to bring up the fact that you're my cousin?" Here he was, looking at this man who was apparently his cousin and so far, he wasn't impressed. He had expected any family members he would have met to be more... well, intelligent.

"You are absolutely correct. Besides you don't know how Jedi act. So I was just taking my precautions. So can we go to my apartment and talk like gentlemen. I'd like to know more about your history and you would also like to know my history." He could move his body again and reached to take out the blade out of his coat. He handed the blade to Vulpesen and waited for him to join him to his apartment.

Vulpesen sighed and placed his weapons away, putting the daggers at the back of his waist into their normal places. "Fine, but do keep in mind that any wrong moves and I will cleave you in half." Cousin or not, @[member="Jar Dar"] had attacked him and Vulpesen was not the sort of person for blind trust. Trust was earned, not given through blood ties.

"Very well, then. I promise I won't do anything...unordinary." Jar said to Vulpesen. "Plus you're lucky this isn't my personal coat that my father gave me." Boy if that was his first coat then Jar would be berserk and would do some damage to Vulpesen. "Sorry for the guns," he mentioned as his guns were out of place. And they were a lot of guns, "no worries. I'm not gonna kill you with these. Would you like some whiskey?" He offered to Vulpesen and motioned him to take a seat. He served him and Vulpesen a glass of whiskey, "So, let's begin with your story. Then we can begin with my story."
