Racial Traits: All Draethos are able to live for hundreds of years health permitting, they also have a natural talent for telepathy up to 500 meters lowlight vision rounds out the list of racial traits.
Light Side Connection: Henbane has spent so much time in his life focusing the light side of the Force, he is able to purge the Dark Side if he focuses long enough.
Botany: Through the Force and years and years of tending to plants, Henbane is able to grow almost any flora in the galaxy.

Light Side Connection: Being someone who can channel the Light Side so easily, he is very easy to corrupt by the Dark SIde. If there is a large group of Dark Side users, it is harder for him to sustain himself the longer he is exposed. He is also very weak to the physical attacks of the Dark Side. Relying on the Force to shield him from things like lightning.
Combat: Henbane has never personally engaged in physical combat with a lightsaber outside of his master as a trainee. He refuses to use force unless his or other's lives are on the line. This means when he inevitably faces combat, he is very weak. He would have to rely on Force Powers over sheer strength.
APPEARANCE:
Henbane looks terrifying to those who have never seen a Draethos, which is much of the galaxy. He has jutting teeth in the front of his face, no lips to help cover them, and long fingers that resemble claws. His intimidating looks are a classic example of judging the book by its cover, however, and he is practically a pacifist. He will usually be adorned in a Jedi robe of some kind to attempt to hide his features from frightening those who encounter him.
BIOGRAPHY:
Henbane's life was very ordinary for the first nearly 200 years he was alive. He had been exiled as soon as he reached adulthood by his kind for being a pacifist in a culture consumed by violence. He spent many years traveling the galaxy figuring out who he was. It was hard for him to make connections when his life span was easily several times longer than almost any other in the galaxy. He watched friends grow old and die, and people whose life he saved die in his arms.
He put all his time into discovering the living Force in the galaxy. He never really had a solid tutor, instead trading his knowledge of flora and fauna for basic teachings of the Force. He had an aptitude for healing, allowing him to make a home anywhere he needed, helping whomever needed it in the community he was staying in. This lifestyle lasted for another hundred years until Henbane found himself stranded on a backwater forest planet with nothing but himself for protection.
There was another person alive on the planet, however, a retired Ithorian Jedi Master named Botang. He felt Henbane's use of the Force and made his way to the stranded Draethos, taking him under his wing. Henbane spent the next few decades learning about the Force and how it moves through living things from Botang. The Jedi Master granted him the title of Jedi Knight before his death. Any and all knowledge he had passed onto the Draethos, he made him promise to pass it along ten fold, leaving a positive impact on the galaxy wherever he went.
Taking his master's lightsaber and teachings with him, he set out to do just what he promised he would. Over the years the duo had made contact with a trading league that dropped off supplies to them every few months in exchange for salves they had concocted. Henbane contacted this trading league and requested passage off planet, which they happily obliged to.
