Every factory submission will have a market status option. If the submission says open market you are free to use it no questions asked. If it says closed market you have to ask permission, either on the maker’s storefront in the marketplace or just by asking them directly via DMs.

In some rare occasions yes but in most cases people will just let you. Underworld credits are more clout than anything rn tbh

You could use UCs to potentially buy things from other players, though many of us here are open to bartering instead!

Sometimes people will even just let you use their stuff for free…as long as you ask nicely!
