Actually, I do have a question! Is there a place people are getting a lot of these signatures/animated banners/basically cool image stuff in general?
Trouble
Mostly people create them themselves! Faction specific bling is created by the various faction staff.
I'm not good with that so someone with more experience could explain it better.
