The great thing about it is that there is no real "set" way to format the template. It's more of a guideline than anything concrete. Lots of people use custom code or templates for their character biographies. If you'd like, I can send you a code that you could use that might help you out!

Every time I try it says "cannot create image from the passed link"

Might want to try a different image, or if you really like that one, create an imgur or nickpic account and host it yourself.
