Looking forward to do some mandalorian RP, I was told this was the place to be for everything Star Wars RP related so I joined up with my friend.

We are primarily interested in longevity, as our characters will be mandalorians aged 15-16, and as time will pass, their aptitude and skills will improve along with their maturity and so on.

Welcome wlecome ! As said, there are many Mandalorians rping individually. There are also Minor Factions and Subfactions who are more or less active... The Enclave (CIS), Sons of Mandalore (NIO), Mandalorian Union, and Death Watch Crusade. I am missing several other groups, but I think they are the most active and motivated.
