A couple initial questions:
- What is the purpose of Flair, and are there descriptions for them? My understanding is that these are self-determined.
- What state is Kashyyyk in, currently? It hasn't been blown up or anything, right?
- Is there anything in particular I should know about the Jedi Order at this moment in the timeline? Struggles/galactic standing/strongholds or areas to avoid/role in the galaxy?

I've been away from here for a long minute but can at least chime in that flair is self-determined and just that: flair. It's just a personal thing that I personally use to show my character's alignment or skills or whatever. Don't think there are any descriptions outside of the flair names themselves.
For instance, take my flair under 'Die Shize' and interpret as you will but jokes aside you'll see folks like this one character with 'Knight - Berserker - The Diarchy' flairs which tells me his rank, role and faction. I think it's pretty neat.
As for your other questions, I've no idea, but maybe that can be answered by the next person following this bump.
