Hello Master

Ella opened her eyes as the pilot spoke through the overhead speakers, indicating that they were about to land soon. The Jedi Padawan tucked a strand of hair behind her ear before unstrapping herself from her seat and lifted the satchel she had taken with her from Coruscant prior to her joining the Jedi who ventured to Ossus, to participate in the liberation effort. She hadn't left Ossus empty handed, other than liberating the Ysannan from the Sith Empire. The necklace that the Ysannan tribal leader had presented to her when the conflict ended hung around her neck. An souvenir of sorts.

She was the first to the ramp, which began to lower now that the Republic transport had landed. She had returned to Coruscant on board the shuttle that was transporting the unfortunate souls that had been mortally injured during the conflict. She even turned to help an man, who had lost his leg, down the ramp. When he thanked her, she just smiled and nodded her head. But she felt sorry for him and everyone else on board the transport. She would have preferred the transport that Sochi Ru had been ordered to escort home, but then she had been needed on this room, to ensure it's safety. She was pleased that nothing had happened, unlike the transport she had taken from Tython to Coruscant months earlier, where an unknown entity had bombed it.

Her hazel eyes scanned the landing pad and found someone familiar. Surprised gripped the young woman when she saw her Jedi Master waiting for her. She approached with a nervous grin and said, "Hello Master."

His Padawan had been busy getting herself into conflicts, or so it seemed. For one who had only recently made her way away from Tython, she had certainly found herself... Yet he wasn't entirely sure what early exposure to war would do to the young girl. It was a situation he would have to monitor over the coming years. Upon hearing her voice, however, Carn merely inclined his head in reply to her polite greeting and then without warning, turned towards another waiting transport - this one was much smaller, and had the symbol of the Galactic Republic emblazoned on its side. Clearly the craft was for diplomats, yet Carn entered it anyway. He took a seat upon one of the few seats in the luxury cruiser, and awaited his Padawan.

It may have seemed like a rude reaction, yet Carn was not often one to talk outside of the walls of the order, unless it was necessary. Too many ears to overhear Jedi business - and the training of his Padawan was most certainly Jedi business. As far as he was conserned, none were privy to it outside of the two of them. And that was exactly how he intended it to remain.

Ella's smile faltered when Carn turned abruptly and headed for the other shuttle that was waiting for them. She nearly laughed when she recognized it was a diplomats shuttle, but restrained herself. Climbing up the ramp, she entered the ship and lowered herself into the seat beside Carn. The Jedi Padawan felt awkward and didn't say anything to him. Instead, she turned to look towards the window outside, watching the Coruscanti and the traffic flying above them, waiting for the shuttle to take off.
