Name: Hellmarch

Species: Unknown

Age: Unknown

Faction: Sith Ascendant Order

Rank: Lord Militant

Biography: Hellmarch is a name whispered in hushed tones among the ranks of the Sith Ascendant Order—an enigma clad in unyielding blackened armor, a being without past or kin. His origins are obscured in secrecy, known only to the Dark Lord, Darth Imperius, and her shadowed disciple, Darth Callidus. Even within their knowledge, his nature remains uncertain, his true form unseen beneath the cold embrace of his warplate. To some, he is a phantom of war, an unnatural construct of ancient Sith alchemy. To others, he is a remnant of an age long forgotten, a being that has outlived the rise and fall of empires.

His first recorded appearance within the Order traces back to Darth Callidus' ill-fated descent into the depths of the Dark Sepulcher, an ancient tomb-world where reality itself frays at the edges. There, among the ruins of a forgotten dominion, she encountered a presence—something that had lingered in the void of silence for far too long. A voice, disembodied yet deafening, spoke from the abyss, inquiring about the galaxy's fate, the state of the Sith, and the will of those who yet ruled. It was neither pleading nor hostile—merely watching.

When Callidus refused to yield to its interrogation, the entity revealed itself. A battle erupted, one fought not merely with blade and lightning but with the weight of time and will. What transpired in that cryptic exchange remains unspoken, yet as the dust of the forgotten dead settled, a figure stepped forth from the umbral recesses. Clad in armor that bore no markings of origin, it strode forward and knelt, pledging its blade to the Ascendant Order. Since that moment, it has answered to only one name: Hellmarch.

Personality: Hellmarch is cold, deliberate, and unwavering. He does not waste words, and when he speaks, his voice carries the weight of an executioner's verdict—calm, measured, and absolute. Those who stand in his presence often find themselves uneasy, as if gazing into the abyss of something not meant to be understood. His loyalty to the Sith Ascendant Order is unquestionable, though his reasons remain obscured, bound by an oath he has never spoken aloud.

Unlike the Sith Lords who scheme and hunger for power, Hellmarch lacks ambition in the conventional sense. He does not seek a throne, nor does he vie for recognition or favor. He exists for war, an unrelenting force whose purpose is written in blood and conquest. He is a master of strategy and tactics, possessing an unnervingly deep understanding of galactic warfare, history, and the art of annihilation. His insight into the nature of battle is so profound that some whisper he is no mere warrior but something far older—something that has seen empires crumble firsthand.

Though he commands with ruthless efficiency, he is not cruel for cruelty's sake. He neither revels in suffering nor seeks destruction out of malice; he merely executes his duty without hesitation, without remorse. His presence on the battlefield is akin to an inevitable storm—cold, uncaring, and unstoppable.

Even among his closest allies, Hellmarch remains distant. He does not remove his armor, nor does he partake in the indulgences of the Sith elite. He does not seek personal gain, nor does he forge relationships beyond what is necessary for the war effort. Some Sith find his detachment unsettling, unable to grasp how a being so immersed in death can remain devoid of the arrogance or ambition that defines their kind. Yet those who question his devotion to the Order find only silence in response—or their swift eradication if they prove a liability.

What he is, what he was, and what he wants remain shrouded in the veils of history. But one truth stands immutable—where Hellmarch goes, war follows.
