DESCRIPTION: The Whiphid Rifle Model-1, WR-1 for short, was a weapon designed specifically by Hekler'Kok Defense Industries for the Whiphid people to defend their homeworld of Toola. Made out of stamped durasteel and alusteel components reduces the amount of moving parts present in the WR-1 making it much less prone to malfunctions and much easier and quicker to disassemble and clean. Chromium lining inside the barrel also reduces the amount of wear and tear on the barrel for firing and its environment. Other features were added to better help Whiphids use the weapon, the trigger guard, trigger, charging handle and magazine release were all enlarged so they could be more readily used by the Whiphids, a carrying handle was added to better facilitate carrying of the weapon and finally a muzzle brake was added to mitigate as much recoil as possible.
