Description: The Hekler'Kok LA-2 was designed to both restart Hekler'Kok's production line and to update all of their armors to try and compete with armors of the rest of the galaxy weapons and armor companies. Like most armors design started from the bottom to the top. The first thing needed would be a under-armor, this was achieve by taking armorweave and kevlar and weaving them together to make a under-armor that could stand up to both blaster bolts and slugs. Next the actual armor needed to be forged. The idea originally was to make a Titanium-Dursateel alloy and leave at that for the armor but tests found that the thin armor, made thin for mobility, could take a couple of consecutive blaster bolts it had trouble stopping slugs barely being able to stop a low caliber slug. This was remedy by layering the Titanium-Durasteel alloy with Bullet-Resistant Ceramics allow the armor to stop up to a standard 5.56x45mm slug.
