Rationale: After the end of the Gulag Plague,weapons companies like Hekler'Kok made their companies open to public sale on the galactic stock market to earn money and restart their industries. Due to companies like BlasTech and Sinear Tech selling their company shares,Hekler'Kok was vastly over looked and therefore its stocks dropped to a tiny 10 credits per stock. After becoming a sub of the Omega Star Corp,Noah Corek used his new found money to buy out 51 percent of the stock of the company,effectively making him CEO of Hekler'Kok Defense Industries.
Description: Hekler'Kok Defense Industries was set up near the end of the 400 Years of Darkness,its goal was to arm planetary militias in the local star systems near Fenessa. But it took that a step further after it acquired a few Ex-Republic Army Soldiers and Commandos,after these men and women were hired,they were given assignments to help train and eventually fight alongside these militias. While Hekler'Kok is technically independent,they still maintain a healthy trading relationship with the Fringe,the Omega Protectorate and the Republic. While the company trades with these three factions,they are leaning towards showing special treatment and shipping more 'high quality' goods to the Protectorate. While Hekler'Kok has multiple stores on the planets its main factories are located on Fenessa,Taloraan and Kayri,while it has other factories,these three planets hold it largest factories. While it produces all manner of weapons,Hekler'Kok specializes in small arms such as,Blasters,Slugthrowers and other types of small arms,though they are known to produce a AA gun or two. To trade it uses a fleet of various Light,Medium and Heavy Cargo ships that are usually protected by at least three frigates per every twelve freighters.
