DESCRIPTION
The Hekate Sensor Array is the Commonwealth’s dedicated passive signal interception suite. Designed to operate in deep-space patrols, forward intelligence missions, or SIGINT integration aboard Fortan-class vessels, and other SIGINT vessels, the Hekate excels at listening to what other ships cannot detect.

While it cannot actively scan, jam, or transmit, the Hekate’s layered dome lattice and directional grid allow it to pick up comm traffic, stealth burst signals, and anomalous energy signatures at vast distances. It is especially effective against ships attempting to mask communications under normal engine output, or those relying on outdated comm security protocols.

By pairing it with a Helion Data Core or CLAS decryption suite, Hekate becomes the tip of the spear in signal triangulation, language detection, and encrypted traffic profiling. Combined with the Trineshield’s energy balancing or the Keid Relay Scrambler’s counter-comms, the Hekate forms the silent foundation of the Commonwealth’s expanding Black Vigil SIGINT doctrine.
