STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Cybernetic enhancements - His body has had significant upgrades, giving him abilities beyond a normal Zeltron
Gift of beatmastery – Despite his heavily non-organic nature, he has not lost any of his affinity with animals and is still an accomplished beastmaster.
Incredible shot - Due to his force use, cybernetic enhancements and rigorous training, Hei Sogecki is an excellent shot.
Loss of dexterity – His cybernetics are amongst some of the most advanced in the galaxy, but they thing he lost most was the delicate dexterity for melee combat, he was never the best saver wielder, preferring ranged combat, but now is outclassed in melee by even padawan level opponents.
Pheromone curse - For some reason unknown to him, his zelteon pheromone gland was left in, meaning he still attracts attention that he has no way to respond to. He treats this as a test and has learned to live with it.
APPEARANCE:
Hei Sogecki looks like a droid until you see the burnt remnants of his red flesh between his implants. He is fairly tall and has a large build due to the implants. His implants are finished in black metal.
BIOGRAPHY:
Hei Sogecki was once a powerful Jedi and military leader. He was more focused on ranged combat than most of his peers and was an expert in most fire arms, particularly the long range rifles and snipers. He also had a fondness for non-sentient beasts and became his cell's most prolific beast master, taming many strange creatures and regularly riding into battle upon them.
At around 35 years old he was involved in a battle over a nameless planet in the outer rim. His ship took several ion cannon hits and lost orbital stability. He managed to get most of his creatures into the escape pods but was not as lucky himself, going down with the ship that disintegrated into a fireball when it hit the thick atmosphere, scattering debris over hundreds of square miles.
Hei was assumed to be dead and he was honoured in the halls of the jedi. But he was spared, though his force of will, or maybe as a gift from the force for sacrificing himself to save his wars, he survived. Most of his organs were shattered and his brain was badly damaged.
As luck would have it, he had landed on a world advance in cybernetics and was given a second chance at life. The creators knew this man was a heroic Jedi, and had hoped to return him to the order reborn, hoping this would curry favour with the order and improve their station in the galaxy.
It took more than a year of operations and Hei almost died several times, eventually though Hei was reborn and returned to the Jedi. Whether the creators got their wishes from the Jedi is a story for another time, but Hei returned to active service.
As the years went by and the long term changes to his personality, ability and ages became more apparent, Hei felt increasingly marginalised and isolated within the order, with some people treating him more like a droid than a Jedi master.
He eventually requested that he be released from the order and struck out on his own, feeling the calling of the force on a different path. He know spends his time collecting unusual creatures around the galaxy and lending his aid to light side causes.
