Description: Heartbeat House is a small dance studio located in the urban center of Lianna City, Lianna. The floor is made of solid, polished wood covered with several layers of vinyl to provide the ideal surface for dancing. The walls are covered in patterned blue wallpaper with various decorative portraits of famous dancer. One wall is covered nearly entirely in a series of three large wall-length mirrors for the dancers to use during practice. The area of the studio measures out to be roughly 90 m2 (968 ft2) and can comfortably fit up to six dancers and an instructor.

History: Seeking an adequate yet affordable space, Joza Perl currently rents a small section of a building shared with several other businesses. Located in downtown Lianna City, it's not the best area but certainly not in the slums either. Uncertain as to what was there before she acquired the space, Joza cleaned it up and decorated it to appear more welcoming.

Intent: To create a dance studio for Heartbeat House’s dancers to practice.
