Green Thumbed Draethos
Healing the Galaxy is a new thread series following Henbane Bosk, an ancient Draethos Jedi Master who's spent the last century hiding out on Parcelus Minor, growing plants, healing plague-stricken villages, and staying out of galactic affairs. But that quiet life is about to get burned down...literally.
The first thread kicks off with the High Republic reaching out to Henbane, hoping to bring him into the fold just as Parcelus is on the edge of Republic space. At the same time, a dark-aligned group (Sith or otherwise) is trying to destroy his very rare collection of plants. Both sides arrive almost at once, things go sideways, and Henbane's greenhouse, a life's work over the last hundred years, gets destroyed in the chaos. This thread will have real violence, stakes, and a major shift for the character as he realizes he can't keep hiding if he wants to help anyone.
After that, the series will follow Henbane across the galaxy as he helps people in all sorts of ways: rebuilding agriculture on shattered worlds, settling disputes, healing through the Force, or just trying to do some good without always drawing a saber. If you like more thoughtful, story-driven threads, or want to explore different parts of the galaxy beyond invasions and warzones- this is for you.
