CORPORATION INFORMATION

  • Corporation Name: Harley and Co logistical services Incorperated

  • Headquarters: Narr Haaska

  • Locations: Balmorra, Nar Haaska

  • Operations: HCLI is a large umbrella corporation that encompass several small child companies and other subsidiaries. Over all they mainly deal in craft, both space and ground along with their respective technology while handeling the merchant shipping and logistical detail for it's buyers and anyone willing to use their services.
DESCRIPTION
HCLI mainly acts as a the umbrella name and parent company for the other 'H' production groups and new subsidiaries that have been brought into the fold. This means it deals with organisations, production, design and over all management for the other businesses along with merchant trading and shipping for it's goods. HCLI itself does not actually produce any goods, relying on it's child companies and other subsidiaries to produce goods which it then handles.

RATIONALE
With corporate growth, increase in shares and the different markets a re-branding was inevitable for the outer rim company, such need only growing with the recent acquirement of new subsidiaries. Although the organization had been calling itself HCLI for a while now it had not been official, clients having to contact the different companies in the umbrella group for their specific needs. Such service was clear to cause problems with no central hub and as such Harley chose to do a massive bureaucratic reshuffle and re-brand the entire company under on name.

Though each subsidiary keeps it own title and can still operate independently the new face makes it easier for new customers and helps prevent confusion. In addition such change also has lead to the introduction of a new logistical division that mainly functions to deliver and deal with customers and goods, acting as a private merchant businesses. Though it need be such services can be hired by other looking to transport goods around the galaxy adding another branch to the organisation ever increasing roster of services.

Subsidiaries:

  • HLCS: The companies original humble beginning which it has grown to large to keep the name of. Though considered the parent of the group HLCS is now just apart of the umbrella group, the corporation dealing in ground vehicles, both military and civ.

  • HSCS: A second company made to deal with space faring craft that for a short while became the face of the entire operation before renaiming to HCLI. As stated this company deals with space craft in the same way HLCS deals with land vehicles.

  • HTS: (Harley Technical Solutions) Not exactly a company, but sub services that both HLCS and HSCS have that develop systems and components for their larger products. Even so they themselves can be contacted directly for said component for those not able ot needing to by full products.

  • Zyane Industries: A long time partner of HCLI that had lend leasing agreements that allowed the larger corporation to sell and use their goods. With their CEO stepping down and no further developments being made in the organization HCLI has purchased the right to the company making it apart of the family.

  • STAR: An 'Emergency Paramedical Service' by name and face that deals with sending medical aid and rescue teams out into space for standard ships, being based off Nar Shadda it's proximity and access to trade lanes makes it a ideal company to have for the logistical corporation.

Parent Corporation: Technically HLCS is the parent company, but HCLI itself is now considered the parent company.
