STRENGTHS
Captain: Harlok is a capable leader. He acts as the head of his crew and leads them confidently. Truly an alor in the making.
Mando: Harlok was adopted by a Mandalorian, and was given the training to be a capable warrior. Blades, blasters, hand-to-hand. He is dangerous in many of these areas.
Adaptable: Having been born in dire circumstances, he is able to be resourceful in times of trouble or surprise.
WEAKNESSES
Abandoment Issues: Having been cast aside as a child, he is hypersensitive to betrayal. He may overreact, violently even, to accusations regarding his loyalty to the Mandalorian cause.
Unorthodox: He views his crew as his clan, and follows the Mandalorian Codes in ways that may be viewed as odd or against traditionalist interpretations.
Reputation: For those who know of him, his rivals have plenty of ammunition against him. A Port Borgo streetrat, someone adopted rather than being born Mandalorian.
HISTORY
Born in the neon shadows of Port Borgo, Harlok Farr was the unwanted byproduct of a fleeting union between a Nagai pirate and a human woman from the station’s underlevels. Abandoned before he could memorize his parents' faces, Borgo itself became his teacher. He survived as a street rat until fifteen—stealing to eat, running to live, and learning early that law was a commodity and loyalty was a luxury bought with shared risk.
His trajectory shifted when he was discovered by Hayred Farr, a Black Fleet operative under Aloy Viszla and veteran of Clan Farr. Seeing his own resilience reflected in the boy’s feral eyes, Hayred took Harlok in—not as charity, but as kin-by-choice. Under Hayred’s tutelage, Harlok’s street instincts were forged into Mandalorian discipline. He learned to fight as a unit and plan like a predator, discovering that Clan Farr was more than a name; it was an armor against a galaxy that had offered him nothing.
Now a privateer in service to the Mandalorian Empire, Harlok balances imperial duty with a captain’s freedom. He has carved a reputation out of the lawless edges of the Empire, establishing his own branch of Clan Farr. To Harlok, a clan isn’t defined by bloodlines, but by the crew standing beside you.
