After spending a brief period assisting his parents with their company, then finally settling on his own main career path, Max found himself looking into running a successful company. His father sold off his company and assets to focus more on their property in Bastion, and coupled with their vast wealth, this gave Max an opportunity. Through favourable vouches and promising investment, Max was soon placed as the head of the Haor Chall Engineering company. Quickly acting, he made sure to consolidate his place within the company, ensuring its continued privatisation in his hands and preventing any public listings.

Description: During the legendary Clone Wars of old, Haor Chall Engineering was a leading producer of starship and droid technology, as well as a leading member of the Techno Union. Following their purchase by Sienar Fleet Systems, Haor Chall remained dorment. After the Gulag Plague, when the galaxy shut itself off from one another, the Xi Charrians had re-founded their prized company. Working to produce droids and starships, they were working to a point of perfection.
When the company later came under human control, a focus on improving its organisation improved efficiency. Although the company was successful, no attempts were initially made to capitalise on this properly. After the takeover by Max Fel, he used his connections to open close relations between the company and the Imperial Remnant, giving much more potential for the company to excel.
